Room is too remote - no view at all. No shower cap.Air conditioner had a remote control without batteries (assisted though)
Travelling with my bags to and from the reception -might rain and there is absolutely no shelter to cover

The hotel is located on the beach. the room has a full view of the beach and river. we booked for one night, but enjoyed it so much we longer.
access to the beach is via a private entrance from the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, with lounge, full kitchen, bath and shower, main bedroom and another bedroom(with 2 beds), thus it could cater for a family of 4 or 5 people easily.
the main bedroom and lounge have beach views.
breakfast is between 6:30am and 10am. its a full menu, "all you can eat", think of something you could eat at breakfast and they have it, from bacon and eggs to yoghurt and fruit etc.
For supper we had a beef burger which was huge and my wife had a veggie platter, we could not finish the food, the portions are large, so there is value for money here. There are 2 different menus, one for snack type platters and pizzas etc and the other a more traditional menu, with steaks, burgers, veggies and so on.
the staff are friendly and helpful.
a tv in the bedroom would be nice.

the rooms was very clean, the natural environment at the beach side complete everything
i ordered room service and i called the restaurant to send someone to fetch the plates after eating. the said the house keeping will take them and the plate was in my room the whole night with food smell. that was not cool.

The breakfast
There was a group of Denosa Students who made a lot of noise the first night and kept getting lost trying to open wrong rooms.

The breakfast was tasty with good potions. We were able to take walks on the beach. We were allowed to invite other hotel guests to our function.
Nothing at the moment.

Really I was disappointed by the facility
The rooms are separated by the doors which you can hear there other guests talking even flushing the toilet. This hotel is not for a holiday relaxing but for people who wants to groove. The noise from the bar and the rooms. The food at the restaurant was not nice, the ribs and the wings it is like they pre cook them and just put the sauces when you make an order, they come cold and dry

Location. Friendliness of staff especially housekeeping
It was my birthday when I booked and I said that when booking. I would have liked a gift. Complimentary champagne, a free supper...something to make my day special.
