I had a lovely room that was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and it had everything I needed for a relaxing night to myself. There was ample parking and very good value for money. I plan to stay here in the future when I visit family and friends.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Good value. Clean. A little dated but no problem
Nothing.

The shower was awful cold or Luke warm and no pressure at all just a drizzle

Decent room & ensuite, good locxation. Several handy pubs round about.
Fortunately breakfast didn't matter, but only available as outsiource

Location was superb although it’s more Bromsgrove than Birmingham but convenient for travel into Birmingham. Would recommend the room was amazing
An area on-site to eat meals, you can bring your own food but would be nice if there was a room you could eat in rather than the room.

The room was very small and only one small window to open. It was very hot weather so I checked out after2 hours as no one on sight to see if they had a fan

The lady was very friendly, the site was fine for the price.
It’s pretty tired. the radiator woke me up at 5am. The shower couldn’t maintain a temperature. There was no food available at site.
4.1
Bed comfortable, WiFi good
Room tired with trim hanging off furniture and wobbly legs on chair. Shower panel coming away from wall and cracks in shower tray. No shelf for toiletries in miniscule shower room. This is not a hotel just a lock up room.

Staff. Genuinely frienfly
There wasn't anything to dislike

Despite arriving much later than I expected i was greeted by Mandy who was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet

Excellent location to catch the train to Commonwealth Games, Rooms were spacious and bed was comfy
Towels were a bit "musty"
As there was no catering on site (no bar or restaurant) it would have been helpful to have a mini fridge in the room for a few supplies

I was lucky to arrive on a glorious summer day. The gardens outside are epic and perfect for a picnic. Their cleanliness is second to none. It really felt like a home away from home. Had the window open and loved the sound of bird song. Will definitely be back! Brilliant value for money!
That the hotel didn't serve meals.
