The staff were excellent, especially the owners.
The food range was very wide and included a variety of Thai dishes.
Two suggestions -
1. Additional handrail on outside access to bedrooms.
2. Small shelf under bedroom mirror

This is a most comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, efficient staff. There was ample car-parking. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and I will be coming again.
Nothing could have been better. Many thanks to you all.

Great location for exploring Shropshire Hills and Welsh Border. Quiet and comfortable. Excellent pies.

The food served was amazing and they had a great range of beers as well. The location was fantastic for a quiet night and a short walk from the establishment is the viaduct which you can walk around. All in all a great place to stay.

The location is quiet and picturesque. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Also, good pillows for budget accommodation.
The electric shower, always a bit tricky to get the temperature right.

A great breakfast
Located in a very peaceful and relaxing location.
Me and my mate didn't have an evening meal there as we were travelling from 4 Waterfalls Trail near Penderyn in the Brecon Beacons, at the end of a very long (15 hour!) day!
But the menu in the room had a really good selection of food at very reasonable prices.
Reckon an evening meal here would be great therefore, as breakfast was very tasty! :-)
Not much at all to dislike about this place!
The hot water tap in the bathroom was running lukewarm, but that wasn't a major issue at all...plus the inn had only reopened a few days previously, after all the COVID madness of the last couple of years.
So teething problems like this are to be expected!

Ying was lovely, very helpful and the meals were super, delivered to our door on time each day. The pub downstairs wasn't open due to the situation but we are so glad we didn't cancel as we had a lovely time and will hopefully return some time soon.

Very friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good as were the two evening meals we enjoyed there. Lovely location, very quiet but with walks and views a plenty. Room took awhile to warm up but was comfortable enough.
They might consider changing the words "private bathroom" to "en suite" which is what it was as the former suggests it just might not be part of the room and so might involve crossing a corridor or some such which can put people off.

In a nice quiet area, no phone signal but WiFi was good. Kettle etc in room. Very clean & Ying was great communicating beforehand.
Breakfast was very good & Ying was very attentive, making sure we had enough Toast & Coffee with our Full English.

Everything- the area was very pretty and quiet. We liked that the room had a separate entrance so we could come and go freely. The room was spotlessly clean and a good size, with everything we could need. WiFi was very good which was a bonus and the breakfast included was also lovely. The pub was cosy to eat in and the food was lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

A lovely pub hotel which was ideal for our group of ten cyclists. The lady in charge organised our food for our late arrival and provided a super breakfast.
We were all happy with our stay.
