The lobby etc was nice. Good location. Staff on reception were good.

The bar manager at the pool was rude and ignorant. The air con in our room was broken and on full blast all night. Absolutely freezing and our TV didn't work.

My entire stay at the ondamar was excellent the staff couldn't have done more for us! The whole complex was spotless and the apartment was cleaned every day it was excellent 👌

Enjoyable, clean and friendly. Would recommend to others.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean pool. Rooms were spacious. Our bedsheets were changed everyday along with fresh towels and toilet paper. Lots of mirrors around the apartment. Bar next to the pool which served food and drink. Also, a mini golf facility to enjoy.

Service was slow at the bar. Showers were poor but usable. Would have liked the lighting in the rooms and apartment to be brighter. One of our rooms was pitch black at night as it only had a side lamp. These are only minor things. Would recommend this place.

Great apartment and pool area but the hotel staff completely lets the hotel down.

Stayed here with 5 friends, the pool area was great as there was a lot of loungers. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms very well and gave us fresh towels each time.

Unfortunately we had no positive experience with staff, from the moment we arrived the receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. The staff working at the bar and restaurant at the pool area were extremely slow and you could wait over 15 minutes for a bottle of water, leaving you standing there without acknowledgement. We rented towels for sunbathing and were told we would get €10 back per towel when checking out, which was difficult to get back when we were leaving as the receptionist on the first day did not note it correctly. The situation was not handled professionally and the receptionist then wanted us to wait an hour to sort the situation, which was not possible as we had to leave for the airport. There was also no staff collecting glasses or plates at the pool area, which lead to the tables being very messy.

Fantastic location. Lovely hotel. I have stayed here many times with family and group of friends. Pool area and bar is lovely. staff very helpful and friendly.

Superb

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and always willing to help. Our studio room was immaculately clean and spacious. Added bonus of balcony overlooking the pool was great. Plenty of drinks and food available from the pool bar. Even in mid july, the pool had more than enough space.

Staff were friendly. Good location. Apartment big and cleaned daily.

Noisy at night, both on the streets and in hotel. Hotel basically shuts down from 7pm. No entertainment or pool or bar open.

ok, worth the money but nothing to write home about.

the pool was a decent size. aircon was good.

getting from one side of the property to the other was like a maze, you have to go back up to reception and back down the otherside again. There were also a large number of stag and hen dos which made it a bit rowdy with a few little ones. the shower pressure was really good but it barely had any lights in it so was quite dark.

Girls Trip

Staff were very helpful. Hotel very clean, rooms nice and big. Location very good a few minutes walk left to the old town and also close to the main strip.

The apartments are a bit all over the place so difficult to find your way around. Bar closes very early.

Overall it was a great stay, would go book to stay there again.

Clean hotel, friendly professional staff, good location. Towels were changed regularly.

Indoor pool heating was not working, breakfast was advertised on Booking.com as 10 Euros per person but was charged 13 Euros at the property.

Location was very central for most things.

cleaniness in this hotel was perfect and staff were amazing

staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were very clean and location was ideal. Pool bar was very poor but the pool itself is lovely.

Overall it was lovely.

The location was very good, closer to the new town though rather then the old. Depends what you're looking for yourself. So it's about 5-10 min walk to the new town strip and a taxi to the old town was about €7 one way. The pool area was nice, had a small bar/ restaurant which had nice food and drinks. The rooms are nice and spacious, had a balcony and a nice enough kitchen. The cleaner made up our room everyday.

Wish it had a bar open in the evenings if you want to just sit down and have a drink without having to leave the hotel.

The pool area was nice and location was ok

The hotel and rooms were nowhere how they were advertised on booking.com We booked this for part of our honeymoon and was truly disappointed with what we received the facilities and rooms and general hotel were not what we booked and there was no helpful staff available. The rooms were very basic and very noisy and disruptive. Overall we didn’t have a good stay and wouldn’t be booking again.
