Very good
Unattended children deep their fingers in the food containers in the restoran and play with it, some time putting back dropped down pieces, and the staff would not take necessary measures to prevent this.

Very good hotel with a potential to become excellent
The location is among the best in the area.Excellent sea view from our room. Very good pool, it only lacks a bit od depth since the max is 1.6 m. Also there's a pool lifeguard on duty every day. Some of the staff were great, such as the beach attendant Arti, the bar waiter Manos, and the restaurant waitress Ellie. All of them were very kind, helpful, communicative and knew how to work with the guests. They made us feel like at home, and greatly contributed to our positive experience at the hotel. Excellent food - better than the food at some other more expensive hotels. The only downside of it is that some dishes get empty too fast. Thus I am suggesting the hotel management to increase the quantity of the most popular dishes and decrease the quantity of the least popular ones. I highly recommend taking the halfboard option. There are ramps around the hotel (except for the upper floors) that make accessing the beach, bar and restaurant very easy with a baby stroller/pram. The prices at the beach/bar/restaurant are fair. There is a very good kids playground area next to the bar. That being said, this hotel is almost always booked, so make sure you book earlier. Having in mind all the pros ans cons, it's a very good hotel with a potential to become excellent.
First, there was not a single mosquito net on any of the windows/doors. I strongly advise the management to install mosquito nets at least on the balcony door and the bathroom window ASAP. There were a lot of insects around the hotel, especially ants - there were thousands, if not millions of them. Luckily, very few made their way to our room. The main/head waiter at the bar (and outside restaurant) lacked key skills such as kindness and communication. He always scowled and seemed a bit nervous. He probably should work in a department without guests contact. There's no elevator for the upper floors, so if you have a baby stroller/pram you'll have a hard time moving it up and down a few times per day. The only solution is to book one of the ground floor rooms which have some kind of a small porch instead of a balcony. Although our room was one of the more expensive ones, it was older and a bit smaller than some other cheaper but (probably recently) renovated ones. You'll have to wait for at least 20 minutes for warm water from the shower. Also the water pressure can drop significantly for a few minutes while showering. There's no "Do not disturb" door hanger sign, meaning that if you don't want room service for that day, you'll have to stay inside your room. The second to last day, the room attendant(s) broke the toilet tank and it was overflowing with water. I made a temporary fix and didn't call reception because that day we were packing and didn't want to lose time with a plumber. Most of these things are not hard to improve and I hope that the hotel management will find a way to make the improvement fast enough so that the future guests of this summer won't have a hard time.

Good experience, very close to the beach
Very nice hotel for 3* rating. Room was clean and specious, hotel is right at the beach. 2 smaller swimming pools and one for babies. Beach was kept clean by member of the staff, sunbeds with umbrellas avaliable during the whole day day. Breakfast and dinner are ok, a bit less of variation but tasty and in line with hotel rating. Overall a good experience and photos are matching the reality. Staff was very helpful and polite.
Dinners are not the greatest, but you can pick few favorite dishes.

Basic hotel pretty expensive for what you get
Pool area
The hotel is basic. The price does not meet what you get. The room is run down, overly used and needs attention. Also there are 2 buildings so we were on the other side of the road not main building. And on top of that the beach is pretty bad. Basically it’s a big rock you are swimming at and there is no sand anywhere close. Disappointed
