Comfortable and reasonable value hotel

very large bedroom and bathroom, clean --good place to stay , would recommend to anyone visiting Kalgoorlie for work, plenty secure parking

Breakfast is poor, but seems typical for hotels in the area. no complimentary water.

Great Reception, Restaurant Staff. Will stay again.

Registered for the rewards program while at reception & was advised I would receive an email to confirm. Unfortunately, I haven't received the confirmation email yet. Spoke with reception a couple of weeks later, while requesting a copy of a receipt & mentioned that I hadn't received the email confirmation on the rewards program & was advised it would be followed up, but still nothing.

I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

We booked a room for 3 e people there was only 1 king-size t bed in the room we had to wait until 8-30 for a trundle bed, there were only enough cups, sauces etcetera for 2 people.

Travelling with 4 young boys We booked the Ryeges Hotel only because it had a pool and jacuzzi, the pool area was closed for the majority of our stay we were offered tickets to the nearby leisure centre where nothing was working at a cost of $70 for taxi fares to get there.

Location, spacious room Staff at reception were excellent.

No breakfast first morning because staff didn’t turn up. Wasn’t happy! Curtains had tears in them. Decor of room tired….. the doors need painting

Definitely one of the better choices in the area for sure but it’s slipping.

It was extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing and the location was perfect.

It was a little worn out. There were rips in the beautiful curtains. The tile grout in the shower needs serious attention. Mould is not nice in such a beautiful shower. Even the grout in the floor tiles in the bathroom were dirty but the tiles were clean?

Beautiful sanctuary. Clean rooms. Excellent staff.

Our room (26) hot water system needs turning up. Only had hot water on, (No Cold at all) and it was like warm. even the children wanted it warmer.

its pretty basic. maybe 3 star more than 4.5* room wasnt serviced till 3:30pm terrible tea/coffee facilities. surely 4.5* has a coffee machine. all of 6 milk pods in the fridge. no bottled water. no nothing. no luxurious feel at all thin horrible towels. no gowns or slippers no bar fridge

room we were in was very hodge podge, use of a bathroom sink in the kitchenette, door that adjoined to the next room did not lock from our side. no vanity in the bathroom, accessible rooms can still use a vanity.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Staff were welcoming and attentive.

Requested a room move due to the noise from reception at 5am (2 consecutive days). The room change was completed without any issues by the day shift manager.

a lovely treat to stay at Rydges on our 3000km trip around south west WA.

The room was excellent. Facilities good (kitchen, bathroom).

There was water running from broken down pipes over the doorway to our room splashing on the pathway below all night. Major maintenance is needed at the property.

Overall our 2 night stay was good, hotel and staff were lovely.

Location of the hotel was perfect for our short stay.

The breakfast was shocking! No bread for toast, no pastries left as only very few put out, coffee machine ran out, no hot brekkie available even at extra cost. We maybe thought the problem was the Public Holiday Weekend 🙄
