Overall an great experience for the money paid. Staff and food were excellent

Great place good value

The staff are very attentive and friendly nothing is to much trouble food is excellent and reasonably priced,we chose to eat in on our stay because of this, location is also great for trips out in all we would say again with no hesitation.

Wonderful surprise in Sandwich!

My room was rather basic, but perfectly sufficiently equipped for 60£ per night including breakfast. All staff was particularly friendly and welcoming. Food in the pub was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was super. To note that the New Inn has a large parking for its guests, which is a huge plus in the centre of Sandwich. I will return there, no question.

We got what we expected but wouldn’t stay for more than one night.

Superb breakfast and dinner was good, so no need to venture out. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good atmosphere in this popular pub.

No secure storage for bikes. Quite noisy being above a pub. Shower in top floor room was very weak and temperature fluctuated

Great Facility and location great but housekeeping was lacking and the room could use an update.

Great location and very helpful, friendly staff.

The toilet was not clean when we checked in. I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The room was only serviced on one of three days we stayed. The toilet was difficult to flush. Overall, the room feels like it could use an update.

Excellent. Would visit again

The staff could not have been more accommodating. We arrived on a very busy evening and they went out of their way to ensure we had a table for dinner. The food was good especially the vegetarian sausages at breakfast.

The music in the bar could be clearly heard in the rooms but stopped at 11 o'clock pm as promised.

Great value, prime location, lovely staff, great food and good value for money.

The food was excellent, but make sure you book a table, especially for Sunday lunch. Great location right in the middle of Sandwich and a lovely little art deco cinema just a stone's throw away. We have stayed several times and they always remember us. Free parking is an added bonus.

Can't be helped, but some clients in the bar are loud and obnoxious. A good tip is to sit on the left hand side where the Ladies is. The other side by the Gents can be very raucous.

Very central location. Comfortable and clean.

We had to leave early so missed out on breakfast. Overall the room and ensuite was very tidy and clean. Good choice of ales in the bar. The parking was good at the rear of the property.

parking limited and no in street parking it’s a pub so customer use it but had I not got a space between two vans who were parked over the spaces I would have no where to park and it meant the passenger could not open there door. perhaps allocation of a parking space for overnight guests might help

Would stay there again and would recommend this venue.

The breakfast was good value and not to much. Friendly staff and the beds were really comfy.

The car park was very small and when we got there we had no spaces to park and as we had paid to stay we wasn’t impressed. We rang the pub while sitting in the car asking what we should do and they were helpful and told us we’re we could park, the only thing was these were pay to park areas.
