Bien dans l'ensemble mais partez équiper

Vu de la terrasse au niveau rdc, piscines, l'hôtel du village vacances, le petit train, restaurants et superette à proximité, beaux paysages dans l'ensemble

Lit double qui est en faite de 2 matelas lit simple pour dormir c'est le top, La clim qui est tombé en panne pendant notre séjour sur plusieurs chambre, petit frigo bien caché et trop petit, terrasse sans rambarde donc tout le monde pouvait accéder à notre chambre niveau rdc, les MOUSTIQUES !! prévoyez des produit anti-moustiques faîtes pas comme nous. Toilettes dans salle de bain et pas d'aération car pas de fenêtre. Les plages ne sont pas proche de l'hôtel il faut soit être véhiculé ou prendre le bus 21.

Traumhafter Pool mit Blick auf Berge&Meer

Die wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf das Esterel Gebirge. Die Parkanlage des Golfplatzes. …und ganz besonders die Pools. Diese sind leider erst um 9.30h geöffnet und bereits um 19h geschlossen.

Das Personal war teils weder freundlich und schon gar nicht hilfsbereit, insbesondere bei Ankunft. Die Anfahrt zur Hotelrezeption ist nicht bzw. mangelhaft ausgeschildert. Das Bad mit WC und nach innen öffnender Tür war sehr klein und eng. Die Zimmer zum Pool sind ganztägig und bei Veranstaltungen bis Mitternacht und länger sehr laut. Die Gebäude bilden ein Amphitheater um die Bühne vor den Restaurants.

the hotel was adequate for somewhere to sleep

it’s closeness to Agay centre and the ability to park our car. The hotel staff were excellent.

there were too many steps everywhere - in order to get to the hotel itself and in order to get to the various facilities such as the swimming pools and restaurants. The one and only passenger lift was out of order and undergoing repair - we were provided with a room on a lower floor than the one we were originally meant to have. There was not one television channel which was in English out of the many channels provided. The restaurant breakfast was too expensive for what was available so we never used it and the main evening menu was poor again we never used it.

Reception staff is world class here!

The ladies in the front desk made my stay, really friendly, perfect english, always smiling, felt like i was very welcome there. Room and especially the balcony was amazing. Hotel is in a gated area with many restaurants and activities within this area so you feel safe since no outsider can get in - a bonus for those that worry about safety.

A place of superlatives

The hotel is located in the Cap d'Esterel village which is overall stunning. The view of the Esterel massif and the bay of Agay are breathtaking and you can enjoy the spectacular view from your rooms balcony. We also enjoyed the beautiful architecture, the colorful flowers, the two pools available, one of them with waves. The village has all that you need, restaurants, bars and small cosy boutiques. On top of that there are sport activities and entertainment programme organised for tourists. Even a Provencal marketplace was organised during our stay. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Its a place of superlatives and we want to visit it again.

The menu available at the hotel was delicious, however the portions can be a bit bigger (I am comparing now with the menus available at the other restaurants along the coast in St. Raphäel).

Nice hotel and village, it needs a little refreshing tough

Room was spacious and terrasse agreeable.

Bad smell from bathroom. The handle of the door to the stairs was almost broken when also the elevator was under repair. I informed the receptionist about the risk of the door handle to break but no repair was undertaken in the days following my info to the hotel receptionist. At the check in we were not given the code to open the small gate to enter the premises from the beach. In the interphone we got the following advice " to wait for any customer to go out of the gate and therefore to open the door to let us in " !!!

Amazing room and view.

The room was spacious and it was amazing. Amazing view of the pool and sea view. I would defo recommend this hotel. It's the best. Staff were friendly and great.

We like it and will come back maybe in September.

The environment is amazing - trees, grass, swimming pool, sea view, play ground, good restaurant (the salade is tasty.).

it’s more convenient to have a car to go to the hotel, which is on a hill. If you travel to the Agay station, make sure you turn right. Do not follow the google map if it tells you to turn left. Turning left leads to a private road, where the door was closed when we were there.

Great place. Good value for money

The location is great. 5min from the pool. The bed was sooo comfortable. The room was also very spacious and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. The shower was great too.

The room was a bit smelly at the beginning.

Four days by the Med

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful - really outstanding. The place has a real buzz throughout the day and evening. We really loved the pool facilities, the location near Agay and some of the restaurants are really fabulous.

La Planche restaurant. The staff were awful - we tried twice to have a meal there, but both times after more than half an hour we walked out. I’m not even sure why we went back the second time, but the menu looked good and we just thought we’d give them a second chance. But strongly recommend you avoid it…!

Beautiful views from a lively vacation complex.

Gorgeous view high on the cliff above the Mediterranean. Also, the restaurants for dinner and breakfast were great. The room was fine.

The hotel is situated within a large vacation complex that includes restaurants, two pools, and entertainment. We hadn't expected that and so were not prepared for the loud music from the band in the evening and the general vacation-destination atmosphere. But for those who like all-inclusive vacations in beautiful locations, the Esterel is great. Staff were friendly and the location is superb. The food in the restaurants was great and it was nice to have shops easily accessible.
