Ein tollen Wochenende mit toller Unterkunft, Essen und Sauna

Eine sehr große Vielfalt beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Für jeden etwas dabei. Hat auf jede Fall 10 von 10 Punkten verdient

Aufpreis für Bademantel reinigen???? What? Wenn eine Wellnessgebühr für den SPA Bereich verlangt wird, dann erwarte ich auch das der Bademantel incudiert ist.

Das Frühstück war prima. Unsere Suite war sehr schön.

Der Fußboden in der Suite war uns zu kalt. Beim Frühstück nur ein Kaffeeautomat für Espresso, Cappuccino und Latte Macchatto. Dies sorgte für mega Stau und lange Wartezeiten fürs Schlangestehen. Dadurch war der Automat auch ständig leer (Kaffeebohnen / Milch)

Frühstück wie immer sehr gut

Reisende die über booking.com gebucht haben zahlen für 7-Welten, Bademantel etc. zusätzliche Gebühren. Ebenfalls hat man das Gefühl nicht die besten Zimmer (Lage etc.) zu bekommen.

Ist ganz ok und zum Weiterempfehlen

Lage ist gut, Parkplatz vorm Hotel gratis Frühstück war Klasse, Buffet reichlich. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Zimmer EZ 4 Stock mit Dachschräge im Bad Zimmer zum Duschen nicht ideal. Leider kein Ausblick vom Zimmer.

Nice hotel but hot and VERY noisy!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the spa was very good (paid entrance not included in stay at hotel)

The MAJOR road construction JUST outside the hotel. We were not notified at booking or at check in! They start at 6am! The rooms do not have air conditioning so the windows have to be open otherwise it will be very hot in the room. (Outside temp was not above 26). They moved us to new rooms. The one room shower drain smelled like sewer.

poor service, nice property

this was our second time staying at the hotel. our kids love the swimming area and we thought we should go back for a short family break.

we stayed in two bedrooms. one of the rooms has problem in the shower. the shower was basically blocked. water went down extremely slowly and the next morning the floor of the shower was covered with disgusting sewage looking water. it smelt and was so unpleasant. we spoke to the staff at the reception 3 times over the course of two days. they did absolutely NOTHING!

Won‘t recommend the stay, there are better Spa‘s than this.

great rooms and bath. very clean.

The room temperature was set on winter mode even if outside we had round about 7 degrees. The Spa is a big disappointment, very small, cold-ish water and very few sittings places.Food was medium quality.

A nice stay

We had a nice stay at this hotel, we had a renovated room, so everything was newly changed, very clean and comfortable for two adults and one kid. We enjoyed the access to the SPA and sauna areas, overall we liked staying at this place.

The mattress and the pillows were not comfortable. There was no way to ventilate the room or adjust the temperature when the room was very warm due to sunny day

The best hotel in Fulda

Everything was splendid. The personal was nice and always helpful. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was included with the room and it has EVERYTHING you can imagine to eat! The Spa is super nice and beautiful and the prices are really okay!I specially recommend the restaurant in the Japan zone. We'll definitely come back soon :)

The Pool bar closes very soon in my opinion,on 7 pm and the breakfast time could last a little longer,it is from 7 to 9 am

Clean, but overall very so so and not deserving of 4 stars!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the time at the pool.

The breakfast was very poor. We ate at cafes in Fulda our remaining two mornings as the first day the breakfast was such a disappointment. The room was situated facing the parking lot and we heard quite a lot of noise from cars and people dragging their suitcases. There was also construction noise down the street. The room itself was clean, but the overall quality of the bed and furnishings was poor. The other big thing we disliked is that it was not clear that the Sieben Welten Spa is actually open to the public so it was completely full of people from outside the hotel and everyone claimed as many sun beds as they could by throwing a towel on them, which made it difficult to find an open place to sit. My boyfriend was on crutches and we looked for a sun bed over three hours while "reserved" sun beds sat completely open for this entire duration. There needs to be some type of policy where hotel guests have priority on seats and where people are not permitted to reserve so many sun beds over hours without even using them. We had planned originally to stay for 5 days, but cut it short in part due to this problem.

In my view, the rooms and all were way too expensive in relation to what was actually offered (small rooms in an old uncomfortable 80ies style, no coffee machine on the room etc.) in a remote location like Fulda. Given the price and the rating (4 stars), I expected a premium offering, which was definitely not delivered.

The breakfast was good.

A great two night stay. The property is quite large and everything is well laid out. Return!!

Nothing was really wrong. Food OK, Breakfast OK, The Sieben Welten unusual and without Covid 19 everything would have been just gr eat. Accommodation great. Service in restaurant a Plus. The hotel and the Sieben Welten handled the situation very well. A plus!
