Erholsamer Kurzaufenthalt

Angenehmes Hotel. Zentrale Lage unweit der Altstadt, dennoch ohne Lärm. Bequemes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Empfehlenswertes Hotelrestaurant. Frühstücksangebot reichhaltig und frisch.

Superb

Just awesome staff ,the check Inn was fast and positive experience .the rooms are big and very clean . Location is great as wel ,quiet street but right next to restaurants

Not recommended, very poorly maintained hotel

Good Location. One (and only one) staff member - Adri - was pleasant and helpful

Glass broken on dressing table in room, lamp shades (and bulb) fell off the lighting fixture if you brushed against it (possibly quite dangerous!) another bulb needed 'tweaking' on another lamp in the room to make it work. Floor tiles/lino was ripped, huge gashes in the wall, paintwork scuffed, carpet in hallway was threadbare (hallway was dark and really badly maintained - horrible impression before you'd even got to the room). The actual décor didn't look particularly old so I just can't see how it's got into such an awful state apart from there clearly being not enough care or responsible maintenance by management. Cynically enough, the 'first impression' reception area is bright, airy and clearly well maintained so they do have access to decorators! Overall a very disappointing experience and very bad value.

Friendly staff & excellent location

Location was great, old town area is very charming. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Morning coffee at the lobby was excellent.

Hotel room doors do not sound proof, so if there was people in the corridor, you will hear them. Luckily it was a quiet night, so we slept well.

Hotel didnt send us enough info how to get there while google map couldnt find it..staff didnt help us to unload our heavy luggages from the car..i think because it was Sunday amd only 1 staff in charge

A perfect room and amenities for staying close to all the best restaurants and sights of Girona.

amazing location and friendly staff. Hotel facilities were wonderful especially considering I’m a cyclist and the hotel has many amenities catered towards cycling. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be returning again.

Great little hotel in a central location.

Great location just over the river from the old town. Nice room with comfy bed and bedding. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.

the boiler didn’t work (impossible to open), a lamp didn’t light, hard fine tuning of temperature, the bin in bathroom only opened by hand.

The hallways were tired and I thought uh oh but once the door opened rooms were gorgeous and clean. Bed mattress a little firmer than I like but ok.

great location, clean, excellent, friendly and helpful front desk staff, nice bike room to store bikes. ideal for a cycling holiday in Girona

the waitress, Breidy, who served breakfast was the most rude staff I have ever experienced. I actually stopped taking breakfast after the first two mornings because she was so unpleasant to me (having told my friend she “hated Americans.”)

Despite the service shortages we enjoyed our stay

The location is very good. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Cycling support is a nice touch but needs more attention to details (water jug was periodically empty in the bike room)

Breakfast was understaffed and under-provisioned. The waitress attitude was unfriendly.
