Great

Very nice staff great room awesome pool and walking distance to beach and centre. Prices are very high but that's not unique to this hotel this season.

Only the pricing but as said before through out our holiday this year its been very expensive for hotel nights everywhere. But it was compensate by the staff and location and facilities.

Lovely hotel in great place

Wonderful welcome at reception. Lovely facilities and great location near the beach. The reception staff were wonderful

Lack of shade by the pool. Parasols help! The lighting in the underground garage was out and it was very dark down there!

Très bien !

La chambre est top pour un couple. L accueil, le personnel tres sympatique ! Le petit dejeuner parfait. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait.

Le petit lit dans canape qui n est vraiment pas adapte pour un adulte et nous étions 3 adultes.

Nice rooms and good hotel but pool might not be open.

Lovely rooms, nice balcony, comfortable and quite large.

The property closed the pool for the majority of our trip and didn’t tell us or give us any compensation and lied to us about the closure of it.

Muy satisfactorio, repetiríamos sin duda alguna.

La piscina con el jacuzzi estuvo muy bien. La ubicación era perfecta para ir a dar un paseo por el paseo marítimo. Además, los servicios que ofrecíais eran muy buenos.

Hubo dos cosas que no nos gustaron: 1. Nos dijeron que las sabanas del sofá-cama estaban en la habitación y tuvimos que bajar por la noche a recogerlo en recepción porque no estaban (los recepcionistas un encanto). 2. En la web ponía que las habitaciones venían con cocina, reservamos por ello y ya teniendo toda la comida, nos dimos cuenta que nuestro apartamento venía sin y fue una decepción.

El trato del personal muy amables , en todo momento. La piscina y sobretodo me sorprendió que tiene una pequeña salita para los más pequeños que se puedan entretener

Todo durante la estancia ha sido perfecto. Está situado a dos calles de la playa. Desde el personal de recepción hasta l@s camareros del restaurante que estaban pendientes de ti en todo momento,Elena fue super agradable. Cogimos media pensión,era buffet y no tenemos queja ninguna,comida variada,todo delicioso... La cena siempre estaba recién hecha,había carne,pescado,purés, embutidos,distintos tipos de pan,fruta de temporada,pastelitos deliciosos...y para desayunar igual:mucha variedad de leche,zumos,embutidos, bolleria dulce,cereales... La piscina es grande,hay un jacuzzi y piscina mas pequeña para los niños. Relación calidad precio 10/10 Seguramente si volvemos repetiremos

Personal muy amable y atento, buena ubicación pero le falta mucho mantenimiento.

El trato del personal y el desayuno.

El baño muy incómodo, nulo en mantenimiento. Cama y sofá incómodos. La piscina cerrada. Se oye todo de una habitación a otra.

Une belle surprise

L'accueil est super, tous les collaborateurs sont vraiment à l'écoute et très attentionnés. Nous avons demandé 2 oreillers de pus et ils étaient dans notre chambre à notre retour. Les espaces communs sont très conviviales et sympathiques. Vous trouvez exactement ce qui est sur le site de réservation. La literie est très confortable et tout est très propre. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Vous n'êtes pas en front de mer, mais la plage est vraiment à côté. Personnel au top!

Les chambres pouvaient être un peu mieux insonorisées, mais rien de très grave. Cet hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel dans sa catégorie. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

Recomendable para un par de días

el tamaño del departamento muy bueno para 4 personas, tenia una terraza super grande, hacia un poco de frio por lo que no pudimos aprovecharla mucho, pero super espaciosa. Contaba con materiales de limpieza para los platos y cubiertos.

No recomiendo reservar con media pension, ya que la comida no era muy variada. El desayuno estaba bien pero nada wow y se repetian algunas cosas de la cena.

Staff was very friendly and the room had a good size. The also offered us a welcome drink and snacks as it was the opening of the pool bar that day.

Good location and great pool with otherwise disappointing hotel

Location is really nice as only couple of minutes walking to the beach and about 10 min towards the center.

Apartment was okay, but the hotel itself in need of maintenance. Everything was quite old and outdated. We had a room with balcony towards the pool, the issue was that there is ongoing constructions in the pool area which made it noisy as well as very dusty. The pool itself is the best thing about the hotel as very spacious and also good to swim. But yet again the construction work was disturbing. The staff was not very friendly and willing to help even after the house keeping has taken my Pijama (probably honest mistake) together with the bed sheets. I asked for 4 straight days to get my things back which was not successful. The staff did not apologize nor was very helpful to try to recover the ‘taken’ cloths of their guest.

All of them, very friendly and efficient. The cooks are super and the girls at reception, helpfull.

Conditions in the room are very good for the price. The food is excelent.

The only remark about the trip has nothing to do with the Hotel, but with the authorities of Palamos. The rules about dog excrements on the sidewalk are not appplied. There are dog excrements everywhere in Palamos. Please let the Townhall know this remark.

The location is near the beach in Palamos.

It is not one bedroom apartment, it is a room semi separated by a bathroom. First they give us an old room that was noisy, next day they give us a better one but the air conditioning was noisy all night.

Superb

It's a good hotel. Close to everything, staff were really nice. Nice swimming pool and there was a bath in the bedroom. I'm glad I chose this place.

Rooms should be cleaned more often. I stayed for 5 nights and didn't have my room cleaned. Towels and bed sheet were changed on the second or third day, but the floors were not cleaned and bin not collected. After so many days going to the beach, there was sand and hair on the floor and a bit of housekeeping would be welcomed.

It wasn’t even that hot outside and the airconditioner was not enough, we were unconfortable and didn’t sleep well all night because it was too hot.

It's easily to find, close to the beach, some free parking on the street around the hotel

The apartment is very small, they bed is very soft and uncomfortable. No room cleaning everyday. Air conditioning isn't very efficient. The breakfast buffet was not as good as 10€ worth.

Good location, nice room, helpful staffs.

I had a great 4 nights at this hotel. Can walk to the beach in few minutes. Room is clean and all of the staffs are really nice and helpful. Larissa, young lady at front office, is always willing to help me whenever i have problems without any hesitation. She has a passion for great service who is a great asset for this hotel.

There are varieties of food for breakfast but if i stay for many days i would like to try something different.
