La y ubicacion y la piscina

Los gritos y portazos que escuchabamos a altas horas de la madrugada que no nos dejaron dormir y la cama no era comoda

As above, all great accept struggling to sleep because of the heat

Location, facilities and staff all great, clean and tidy, nice hotel

The room was extremely hot and even with the air con on all night (which was very ineffective) from when we got there at 9.45pm it was still hot in the morning and difficult to sleep in

ok, würde aber beim nächsten aufenthalt in der stadt ein anderes hotel wählen

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites personal sehr gutes frühstück

defektes wasserrohr, kein wasser im hotel für mehrere stunden. nach später ankunft war kein duschen möglich. sehr laute musik bis nach 0.30h von der bar - schlafen nicht möglich einrichtung und zustand des zimmers renovierungsbedürftig. safe war nicht benutzbar, sollte umgehend behoben werden, wurde bis zur abreise aber nicht.

I should get a discount because I could have paid less for no pool and a double bed.

I booked this for the pool and double bed. The pool wasn’t open and I received two single beds, not the same as a double.

Aceptable

La piscina era grande y parecía que estaba cuidada. El hotel excepto el baño estaba bien, la limpieza igual. No lo veo para un 4 estrellas.

Los baños están bastante antiguos, falta borada en las juntas, la mayoría están ennegrecidas. El secador olía mal cuando lo utilizabas. La habitación han hecho un Intento de reforma pero los muebles son muy antiguos, han pintado el gotelé y han puesto suelo nuevo. No estaba mal pero no lo veo para un 4 estrellas. Me quedé fría sobretodo lo peor el baño. La ubicación no está en Mérida, está en medio de una carretera.

bastante bom

estive somente uma noite mas fazendo uma breve analise o hotel em geral estava muito bom espaços interiores e exteriores , simpatia na receção , limpeza e quarto bastante comodo . bastante bom

na verdade e esperando que tivesse sido um pequeno incidente mas não gostei do ruido feito pelas Sras. da limpeza que por volta das 9H da manha , falavam bastante alto junto aos quartos e no meu caso ate bateram na porta dizendo que era engano . Deveriam ter algum cuidado e respeitar o mais possível o silencio dos clientes

Muy decepcionada

Lo único que podría decir que me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal.

Nada más llegar al hotel la recepcionista nos atendió muy bien. Todo bien hasta ahí, pero cuando subimos a la habitación nos encontramos con que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (y hacía bastante calor, por lo que estábamos sofocados), la alcachofa de la ducha (era la típica de masajes) estaba entrapada y no salía agua en condiciones de ella, lo poco que salía eran 2 chorros a presión que hacía hasta daño en la piel. Las habitación olía a fosa séptica, muy desagradable. Las habitaciones estaban muy poco insonorizadas ya que escuchábamos roncar al señor de la habitación de al lado. El suelo y las camas crujían que daba miedo. No podíamos ni andar agusto por la habitación porque hacía un ruido infernal. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación de lo mal que estaba, y aún así NO mejoró. Seguíamos con los mismos problemas y se añadió que dejó de funcionar nuestra llave para acceder a la habitación... La verdad que las habitaciones tenían muchas pegas...

Hotel de básicos en las afueras

El hotel está bien, ofrece servicios básicos para una estadía corta. Está cerca de la ciudad pero si no tienes coche recomendaría alojarse más cerca de la ciudad porque este hotel está en las afueras. El desayuno está bien, poco variado pero completo. Tiene una piscina y un jardín muy bonitos para el verano.

La insonorización de las habitaciones es muy deficiente, podía escuchar a los huéspedes de al lado roncar. El suelo también crujía y sonaba, y se escuchaban todos los ruidos del pasillo. Si necesitas dormir con silencio máximo, evita este hotel porque te va a costar conciliar el sueño. Lo bueno es que es un hotel muy tranquilo en las afueras, por lo que el único ruido que vas a oír será el del resto de huéspedes (nada de gritos de la calle, ni fiesta, ni tráfico excesivo).

Comfortable hotel in convenient location.

Our third visit to this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. There is a good dog-walking area at the back of the hotel.

Bien. A las afueras de la ciudad con sus pros y sus contras.

Las instalaciones están bastante nuevas y muy limpias. El desayuno excelente y el camarero alto y delgado muy atento y simpático.

Las almohadas demasiado blandas y dejaron solo una pastilla pequeña de jabón como todo detalle de aseo. Un 4 estrellas en el interior de la península debería tener el detalle de dejar como en la mayoría de sitios una para cada huésped y algún detalle más como gorro de ducha, peine, etc. como todo gel y champú un bote anclado a la pared, que contenía producto de calidad.

Nice room in a nice setting, with good car parking, fine for our one night stop over.

The room was nice, the breakfast was ok, and being out of town there was ample car parking area. Sitting around the pool for breakfast was nice.

Breakfast selection could have been a bit better.

Perfect Location

Good location. Swimming pool bonus as 40 degrees. Good breakfast . Easy taxi ride to city centre to see everything Merida had to offfer. On site parking a bonus.

Could do with more lighting in room.

Great!

It was great! Outstanding high temperature outside + comfortable room, pool, cafeteria and parking - everything that we needed for our stay in Mérida. Since the hotel is outside of the town, it makes city noise impossible to exist. The sunset was breathtaking :)

Perfect for an overnight stopover.

Breakfast and dinner very good. Service good too. We also had a dog who received a dog bed bowl and a dried doggie meal.! The area was out of town.......too far to walk to town but we expected that to be the case. Would recommend

More varied evening meal menu.

Disappointing

The entrance design is nice, the staff is also nice and the garden area/pool was nice.

The room had no soundproof, you could hear pretty much everything.

Great for a 1-2 night stopover

Easy to find. Lots of parking. Standard bedroom a good size & comfy with good bed linen & towels. Great garden /terrace adjacent to bar/cafeteria for relaxing.

Evening Meal menu ok but limited & when we visited in March we had to eat in bar/cafe as restaurant was not open. Probably same menu but it felt like we were in a cafe not a restaurant! Soundproofing of bedroom walls needs improving for a 4* hotel.

Very pleasant to short to make many comments

Clean , good bed, good gardens around the hotel for a walk.

Stay was short so cannot give much of an opinion, We had a problem we had booked and paid for a superioor room with breakfast as it was pet friendly. Reception said as we were two we should take a room for 2., We did. The next morning we were told that breakfast was not included. Finally after arguing they accepted to include the breakfast. We paid for a superior with breakfast got a normal without breakfast for the same price. Do not know if the problem is Booking.com or the hotel

The parking was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was further away from town than we had realised. Breakfasts were quite basic and the whole hotel didn't have the quality you'd expect from a four star hotel.
