Great hotel room. Staff dishonesty to the guests

The room was really good and had a comfortable bed

We booked in the hotel as one of the few in the city with a swimming pool. At no moment was there an indication that the swimming pool was not available. After finding out (when we try to use it) are we told that it’s not open to the guests. After questioning why wasn’t this info available it became clear that this is a policy of the hotel. Clear dishonesty to the guests as we wouldn’t have checked in if we had known beforehand

Froid sibérien dans la chambre, porte salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, problème de spots dans la chambre et la salle de bain On a eu le culot de nous dire qu'il était impossible de mettre le chauffage parce que la saison était passée, alors qu'il faisait 17 degrés dans la chambre. On m'a proposé de me changer de chambre, du nord du bâtiment au sud. Une chambre standard au lieu de la chambre supérieure que j'avais réservée. Dans d'autres établissements, au moins on a la décence de vous surclasser

nice room, good breakfast, easy to park free around

they save on not switching on the airco in the hotel, as outside temperature is not that high. however 12 h sun on the big window heats up the rooms. We all had difficult to sleep in April, complained… now end of May I expected it switched on, but no, so it was worse.

A comfortable pit stop

Clean and quiet room with comfortable beds and good soundproofing, we didn’t hear any of our neighbours or cars from the road. The view was nice of the roundabout with the cars going around, quite mesmerising. There is a big shopping mall across the road with a supermarket and restaurants if you need a quick fix. We also liked the recycling initiatives in the room.

One of the two electric car chargers was not working and also the spot next to the wall is too tight for the driver to park and get out of the car.

Excellent hotel close to centre of Valladolid

The hotel is located close to the A62 motorway and is easy to find. It is modern and clean with professional and polite staff. The room seemed well soundproofed and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle. There was a good choice on the breakfast buffet and in addition we were offered an omelette cooked to order or eggs and bacon. There is an underground secure carpark with ample wide spaces and easy entry and exit. Whilst there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel for an evening meal there are bars and restaurants close by. Overall, an excellent hotel for an overnight stay when travelling down through Spain.

I am struggling to think of anything other than the lack of a restaurant for an evening meal.

it was fine , no complaints at all.

This is a commercial hotel in a commercial district and could be anywhere in the Western world. it has secure underground parking at extra cost though seemingly safe street parking is immediately outside. it’s fine but uninteresting and unremarkable

Good Value and Easy to Park

Good location, clean room with mini bar and good shower, enjoyed the breakfast, easy to park and good value. Nice bar and Chinese restaurant nearby.

Great bhotel, good and friendly staff very helpful. rooms very clean and large. breakfast was also very nice with a great cup of coffee. shower was great bathroom large. overall a good nights sleep.

Great staff, clean hotel.

staff on reception very polite and helpful and in particular the man that has lived in Bristol, his customer service skills are excellent thank you! All staff we saw around from cleaners to waiters we all very friendly! The room was very clean. Location was very good for us, the pool is beautiful, shame the weather wasn’t too warm for us to enjoy it.

My only moan would be that it was 30 euros for 2 adults and 1 baby to use the indoor pool, we didn’t use it because we couldn’t really afford to.
