When we reached there there was no one at silver rocks after struggling to find someone we were told to go to captains rock hotel which was 150 m from there. When we reached there we waited for almost 4 hours to be checked in. There was only 1 person at reception and lots of people were waiting to be checked in. When we got checked in we were told to go to silver rocks and that place didn’t have a pool or even breakfast for which we were told to come to captain rocks. In one of our rooms my guests found red ants then we immediately asked. The reception to move our rooms to captain rocks as we were not feeling safe because there was not proper pest control. Then they gave 1 out of 3 room in captains rock which was bit better than silver rocks then they gave second room around 11 pm same day. It was lot of hassle to move around the stuff. But still we had to spend night for 3rd room at silver rocks with almost no air conditioning. It was very tough night for us. Then second day they gave us all rooms at captainrocks. There was proper ac in rooms at silver rocks.
Breakfast was nill and air conditioning was not proper. Please get me a refund for atleast 1 wasted night in which we kept moving our stuff till 1130 pm.

The reception staff go the extra mile to feel you welcomed and at home - room are simple but the location is great and definitely good value for money.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. When I was looking for a hotel, there were some negative reviews about Silver Rocks that made me doubt, but I decided to go for it as the price was what I could afford. To my surprise and despite the facilities been a little bit old, my experience was great. The hotel is very nice, the pool was almost for me only when I used it, the room was basic but very clean (cleaning was happening daily) and the balcony was amazing with sea views, Christina and Dimitra were exceptional to say the least, always helpful and with a smile in their faces and the breakfast even though it was not at the hotel (but very close - 5' walk) it was basic but good.
The breakfast could have a bit more variety and start earlier.
The location is good if you want to relax but if you want to party, this happens more in Naoussa or Parikia, which are about 45' from the hotel and the taxi costs approx. 40 Euros, so it turns out to be a bit disadvantageous in that sense.

Free breakfast included, staff were amazing. The owner gave us lifts to and from the bus stop as it is quite a long walk
Terrible location to be honest. Not near anything and no shops for miles

On the upside, the few people who work at Silver Rocks are very friendly and polite and professional I would say, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do for the deficiencies of that specific facility, which are plenty.
Location wise the hotel is locate really close to Chrissi Akti and Punda Beach, both very nice and very popular beaches.
The hotel is rather old and not maintained nor renovated at all, thus offering a rather miserable feeling. Given the price point of around 100 euros a day there is nothing justifying making that choice.
My suggestion would be to stay away from it. Look for something else and really consider it as the very last resort.
