The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's beautiful and well located for exploring some nice hiking routes. But that's really the only positive thing I can say... We had a great time though!
The hotel is outdated and so are the rooms. It's expensive for what you get. We tried the two restaurants, the one of hotel caldas and hotel manantial. Both options weren't great, expensive and not a lot of quality... We actually preferred the food and service at the bar of hotel manantial. The spa is really not worth it, outdated, hospital vibe and generally not working well, luckily it wasn't too expensive. The pools well, for sure they need to renew the grass around the pool. The hot pool was molded and green on the sides of the pool. It's a pity because this place has a lot of potential but is just not good enough for it's price.

Picturesque setting, beautiful grounds, staff was very nice and helpful.
Felt a little abandoned in the off-season; restaurant was closed for dinner and missing towels in the room.

Beautiful Property, the rooms are lovely, the pool area is gorgeous. Easy to get to location.
Finding food is on the property is very hard. The buffet is expensive and mediocre. The on site bar and pool bar seem to close whenever they want to making it frustrating. Your best bet is driving 10 mins to the next town for good quality reasonably priced food.
Breakfast is not included in the price and they make you pay for it. For 15 euros it's not worth it. Feels like a money grab

Location and pool facilities very good.#, also the period details of hotel, parts of which retained 18th century appearence
The food and eating facilties were poor, and there was no lunch or evening catering. We were referred to the hotel next door, where the food was also unimaginative and dull. While there was a wide choice of breakfast food, it was poorly presented, and the restaurant area resembled a hangar. The space was huge and impersonal, and could have been broken down into smaller, more intimate spaces with a little thought, Potentially, this is an impressive hotel, but it is as though the owners have lost interest, and grown tired

Surrounded by nature, it is a great place to disconnect.
The breakfast was quite poor and not fun at all if you are a vegetarian.

Perfect Location, amazing nature and termas, surrounded by National park. Easy to drive around and visit nice& small local villages. There are 2 hotels on the territory so you can use facilities of both( eg terrace, bar..). Termas cosmetics corner in the hotel is also really nice
Dogs friendly and really cool and proper place to come with your pet and walk around! Not hot in the summer for tracking
The breakfasts are too basic with a very limited range of products, nothing really to choose from, though the room rates are rather high
No mini-fridge in the hotel room
No terrace for the breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner option to enjoy the view outside ( only in the other hotel)
Not easy to find a good, local place to eat around and even if found , need to book really in advance to come

The room was dark with a bathroom without ventilation so it smelled funny.
