Friendly staff, good location for Warwick castle etc

Door had a problem with lock, but they fixed it. I wish they did food late & the pub stayed open until at least 11.

Lovely owner, great little room (no hairdryer) Shower was a bit of an effort but as we only stayed one night no major is

Lovely little room with own front door!

No Wi-Fi although had stated free Wi-Fi through out, this made it harder to plan trips using phone etc

Very basic accommodation which is okay to get your head down for a single nights sleep - you get what you pay for

Location was okay

The room was very small. There was chairs but no suitable small table to do some work. Room smelt of damp - the window lock was broken and the Wi-Fi didn’t work

Convenience of location to the town

Could not connect to the wifi in our room, was told to sit in the bar if we wanted to get the internet! Uncomfortable bed. Shower very dirty, cracked tiles, water ran hot then cold then hot etc. so mixer seemed to be not working, black mould along the edges of the shower. Room was next to the car park so heard cars coming and going, doors slamming, etc. during the later hours. No breakfast available.

The room is a good size and great that it was separate from the pub and it allowed dogs. It's a great location and price. The staff are friendly enough. Kn this occasion they weren't serving breakfast so can't review the food

The room could have been cleaner. There were some cobwebs around the edges, and the sink in the room hadn't been cleaned properly. It also smelt as though someone had been smoking In there previously so a bit stale .

Clean hotel pity stay was marred by people smoking outside our room.

Our room was the 1st one on a corridor by the front door. Had a disturbed sleep because of the constant opening and closing of the front and corridor door as customers from other rooms were going outside to smoke

if your an early riser and don’t mind being up early to the should of angry plumbing it’s ok! staff however are lovely a

really good location as it is a short walk into town. staff are lovely and welcoming.

the plumbing in this place is horrendous! flushing the toilet then sounds like a school bell is ringing for 5 minutes. next door to us had a shower at about 6am and it sounded like the pipes were going to come through the walls it was honestly the worst and woke us up. ‘large spacious car park’ fit about 7/8 cars which is not ideal as by the time we arrived at 5pm there was no where to park

Passable.

Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient to the venue that we had the function.

Radiator of one of the rooms didn't work. TV didn't work. Our rooms were on top of the pub /restaurant hence not convenient for someone who is elderly or who suffers from knee or leg problems to climb the stairs. Also not convenient during adverse weather conditions.It should be covered.

Very clean, spacious modern room despite being in an ancient building. Great friendly staff.

Road traffic noise went on into the early hours of the morning. Located on a very busy road.

Absolute dump. Will NEVER stay there again.

Nothing! No hot water. Old pizza box to cover the window on the entrance door. No food available. Chaotic parking. Totally shocking!!!

costly but functional

Room was adequate for what I needed at the time.

1st floor room with a small single bed. I'm 6ft 6inches tall so not too comfortable. light nearest the bed was broken with a live wire showing and the walls are very thin so heard a fellow resident snoring all night. Had booked for breakfast and paid for same but nobody told the chef so had to make other arrangements.

Recommended!

Friendly hosts, clean, modern room, comfy bed, great location. Parking tight but fine! Opted for an additional £7 traditional cooked breakfast - very nice. Would stay again for a convenient and cost-effective short stay.

Shower pressure wasn't amazing - but was fine! No wardrobe but plenty of space to put our bags and a rail and some drawers - not an issue for a night's stay!
