Honestly, the reviews about this place were pretty mid. I loved it though. I think it's in a fantastic location and is pretty great. I would stay here again if I were to go to Paris.
The elevators were quite small. Either one person and their luggage fits or two people without their luggage. Also, the bathroom is pretty small. You'll probably have to sit sideways on the toilet since there is no space for your knees.

The location is absolutely perfect. Central enough to be able to walk to most of the tourist attractions but also on the outskirts so bars and restaurants are a little cheaper. The rooms are small but that didn’t matter to us as we went just as a couple and only for a long weekend.
Nothing major not to like other than the fact that we were only given one tea bag (fruit and mint tea don’t count as real tea when you are British). Easily remedied by a trip to the little supermarket around the corner to buy some emergency teabags and we left the spares for the hotel to pass onto any other tea loving Brits.

The staff were very helpful and made the visit made fun. The room was quite small but adequate - typical of Paris.

This place was great for the three of us, my husband, myself, and our 19 year old son. Location was terrific. Beds were comfortable.
3.4
Bathroom was not very clean.
The room is too Small.
The lift is too small.
Late checkout was available as per the room guide kept in the room but they told us we couldn't have late check-out at the time of booking and we had to pay for an extra day.

Location is amazing. Staff was very helpful and nice!
The room was a lil outdated but was still worth the money.

great location , nice staff

Good location and friendly staff :)
It has the smallest elevator i have seen, very inconvenient if you travel with family.
3.4
Great location. Nice staff.
Air conditioner was not accessible. Room was hot. No cold water in sink, shower/tub (even the toilet had hot water!)
3.4
Excellent location- tourist landmarks within walking distance , close to multiple metro stations, bus stops and train station; the area felt safe. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, warm (we were there in December), nice size room and bathroom, clean and comfortable
The hotel is outdated and would benefit from a refurbishment, but overall it is nicely kept.

No shower or hot water. Hotel has suggested a full refund. Email sent yesterday. Please confirm.

the location was perfect! loads of restaurants and boulangeries and bars! the M station very clpse too!:)
not as clean as it should be! everything was very old and used, besides the building itself! elevator very old and very small, hard to use for older people except one by one!
3.4
The staff. The location.
It's a little bit old, and the stairs to the second floor are really dangerous.
3.4
When we complained about our room, they did move us but the second room wasn't much better!
The whole place is very tired and needs decorating, the first room we had been given had a broken fridge, broken toilet and no wardrobe to hang clothes just a hanging rail! The second room was bigger and did have a wardrobe and working fridge however the bathroom door wouldn't shut! Will not be returning cost far too much money for a very poor-quality hotel.,

Excellent location.
Location. Elevator.

great location with the friendliest staff.
water pressure in the shower

Excellent location for visiting the many sights and landmarks of Paris
While the room and lounges were clean and comfortable some redecoration would improve the general atmosphere greatly.
3.4
Staff were exceptional: friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcomed! Location spectacular: one block from the Seine, walking-distance to all the sites. A lovely stay.

the location was excellent, close to many restaurants and a quick walk to the Lourve and Notre damn.
The aircon didn’t work so the room was extremely hot and the fan provided barely provided any air.
we were on the ground floor so the noise from the bar next door was so loud all night, plus people were smoking outside the room window which filled the room with smells. The bathroom had the shower in the centre of the room with only a shower curtain on one side, so the toilet and everything got saturated with water. The electrical points and vents were all coming off in the room.
There was also mould in the fridge and the staff were often not helpful when asked for assistance during the day (the night guy was lovely).
A buffet breakfast was advertised as included however upon arrival we were told it would only be at an additional charge.

nothing.....
dirty room......different room then it shows in pictures......
3.4
Two redeeming features - staff were friendly and it's cheap.
Hotel is tired to say the least. Rooms are small and cramped. Lifts are ridiculously small. Stairs are very dated and worn. Had one morning out of three with no hot water.
