Beautiful views. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff.
No on-site parking and parking nearby is challenging!

It was a beautiful tiny hotel with exceptional staff. We had bad weather for our stay but we were still delighted with our comfy cave room. The view at sunset was beautiful from our terrace.
The hotel pool is very small and some loud guests took up the entire space while we were there. Maybe a sign stating that the pool is intended for all guests could help with this.

Breakfast was good. No dinner service at hotel. View from hotel was of course excellent, but not quite as good as
another hotel I stayed at near the tip of Oia. The cream color scheme inside the suite was very attractive.
The maze of steep steps can be a challenge to navigate, but that's just the reality of staying
in a cliff face hotel. I had to do a lot of ducking to get thru 3 doorways inside the suite. If you
are over 5 feet 6 inches tall, remember to crab walk. Unlike most rooms, mine had no sitting
area outside the room, just a narrow main pathway to nearby rooms.

The staff was very polite and hospitable. The view of the sunset from all the rooms was magnificent. The breakfasts were wonderful too. I would highly recommend this resort.

The staff were awesome, the room and place were beautiful.
The staff explained us all the details about the facilities and the nearby attractions.
Bonus points for ironing our wedding clothes and upgrading our room!
Breakfast can be a bit crowded at times and the food quality can be improved a bit, but still you order your food from the waitress and can also grab from the buffet so overall it was good :)

The hotel has probably one of the best views in Santorini. The staff are extremely nice and kind.

The room was very large, pictures don't do it justice. Lots of room to dine, relax in front of the TV or enjoy the indoor jacuzzi. The staff were amazing, most friendly of any place we stayed at on our trip. Great welcome complimentary bubbles & fruit. Outdoor jacuzzi was really fun. The Kapari Wine Restaurant is arguably the best restaurant in the Imerovigli area. Dinner was a fantastic example of high quality fine dining. Breakfast was fantastic with a small buffet + many menu items. It's in an amazing spot location wise with fantastic sunset views. The WIFI connection is fast and I had no problem streaming content to the TV. The shower was spacious and temperature/pressure consistent.
The pool is not heated so you'll have to just force yourself in the off season. In our honeymoon suite, they joined two queen beds together to make a giant bed was very weird (way too wide).. they really need to change these into a single extra large king size

Kapari is a slice of heaven. From the moment we arrived, we felt cared for and at home. The rooms are extremely unique, with ours being split level and our bedroom feeling like a magical cave with a gorgeous view to wake up to. The pool also was divine - so lovely after a hot day walking around, and a nice, small communal place to watch the sunset and chat with other guests. The food at breakfast and all of the staff were attentive and kind. This was a highlight of our honeymoon!

staff and location! very welcoming/accommodating staff.
pool is too small!! wish it was bigger so that it could fit more than 6 people.

What a magical stay at the door to heaven. We stayed at Kapari 11 years ago for our wedding and even all these years later the experience was just as wonderful as the fond memories we’d held onto. Flawless experience!

beautiful views, restaurant had great food for dinner and good breakfast options. the location was good and the pool was lovely. rooms were a good size.
the service was inconsistent throughout our stay, the bathroom drainage smelt really badly which made the bathroom unpleasant to be in. also the cleaning seemed inconsistent - we were there for 10 days and our bed linen wasn’t changed at any point.

The breakfast was amazing, had a great selection of drinks and food with a stunning view to boot. The staff were very professional and all welcoming. The reception team were especially helpful aiding us with any enquiries we had about the island. Location is fantastic nice restaurants and shops near by and a short walk of about 10-15 minutes to the main strip.

Great location, very good views of the caldera, amazingly kind and knowledgable staff.
It’s way too expensive considering that it’s not luxury. The swimming pool is tiny.

Really wonderful hotel with incredible staff!! We were in Santorini to celebrate my 30th birthday and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay super special! The rooms are really beautiful in the traditional cave style and the location was perfect - the view from our room and from the restaurant is really breathtaking and you're within walking distance of everything you need in Imerovigli. The breakfast was super fresh and very delicious and the dinner was exceptional!
The only very minor issue was because the rooms are in the traditional cave style, the doorways are quite low which means we hit our heads a few times going between rooms as you forget you need to duck and there isn't a clear marker to show that it's a low height. Also, we went at the start of October so it was quite chilly in the evenings and the air conditioning that's in the room doesn't have a heating element to it which isn't ideal.

Beautiful caldera views, especially of sunset!! The staff were amazing —helpful, responsive and attentive! The hotel was the highlight of our trip to Santorini

The view and the cleanliness of the facilities were great. Imerovigli is a great spot to watch the sunset and have a panoramic view of the sea and islands.
We faced power cuts which left us without electricity for 2 of the 3 nights we spent in Santorini. This was not ideal as it was hot and we were not able to sleep properly without Air Conditioners (especially that we were paying an arm and a leg for the stay). We heard that some other hotels had back-up generators which meant their guests were comfortable.

One of the best views in the world.
Amazing food, dont miss a dinner during sunset at Capari restaurant!
Apsolutely great experience!
Could be a bigger pool...

The Kapari Natural is set in Imervigoli, and in my opinion is one of the best locations on the island - incredible views, access to Thira, Oia and others pretty easily. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. The rooms are quite large, and very unique, our room was dug out of the side of the hill, had it's own private jacuzzi and the hotel pool was an amazing infinity pool looking over the volcano. If you eat in the restaurant it isn't cheap, but it is AMAZING.
Breakfast is also fantastic with amazing views.
Not a lot, it's pretty close to perfect.

Sounds simple but absolutely everything. The restaurant itself is an exception which is reflected already by the breakfast which was of top quality in view of selection, service and taste. The location is perfect, very quiet despite the fact that the topology is not simple.
That we didnt stay longer - but we will be back!

Excellent all around - location, facilities and staff were exceptional. Could not recommend highly enough!

Location was best on the island - highest point with unobstructed views of the Caldera etc. Gorgeous sunsets there. It’s not as touristy as Oia which we preferred. Service was incrédible, really went out of their way to make our babymoon special including giving us a little gift at the end. Helped us arrange massages, facials, manicures quickly and easily right in our room which was huge, very comfortable and traditional (ie cave like though if you’re 6” over you’ll have to watch your head!). The restaurant makes great breakfast and we did dinner there one night which exceeded expectations. Would stay again.
Pool is on the smaller side (can really only fit two people comfortably) and a bit cold.

Super nice staff, amazing location and view to see the sunset, and great breakfast!
Definitely should try the 7 courses dinner!
Perfect for couples.
Small swimpool but with amazing view (and it’s the same at most hotels)

Breakfast was delicious and tasty! Fresh fruits and a great menu choice. Location was breathe taking! Kapari has one of the best view of the sunset in Santorini!
Umbrella to provide some shade during breakfast. It can get pretty hot with the sunny direct over you that early in the day. Access to Netflix and board games:)
