It was close to the airport and the hotel ran a shuttle, which was great. The breakfast was nice and the free coffee appreciated.
The exit from the Keisi Narita station is confusing, but that isn’t hotels problem

Good price and close to the station. Breakfast included and shuttle bus from/to airport.
Small room

staff were very nice and helpful. breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices including sausage, eggs, fish, bread, rice, etc.
the room I got was tiny and does not appear to be worth the price I paid for. but then again, hotel rooms anywhere in japan again are pricey.

A dated hotel that could use a bit of renovation to get rid of this pre-90s bubble groove. However, it is pleasantly clean, except maybe the old rather gross carpet in the room(s).
Location is conveniently located near Narita and Narita Keisei stations. Allowing quick and easy access to and from the airport. I find it a bit expensive but it’s probably because of its proximity to the train stations and easy airport access.
Breakfast is ok but not great. Limited selection. What I really don't like is that the atmosphere seems rather stressed when you enter the breakfast area right when they open. This is however not only a point I like to mention for this particular hotel. It's a common phenomenon in Japanese hotels that serve (buffet) breakfast because of the salary men rushing in all at the same time.
The staff is helpful and I would like to say thank you very much for keeping my bike bag for two weeks. Really appreciate it.

near to KS station And to the airport free shuttle good location

Staff was kind, the room also offers a yukata to lounge in.
I wanted to stay close to the airport, because my flight was early, sadly the shuttle bus only starts at 6:40 from this hotel, so I could not use this service. The way from the closest train station to the hotel is short, but steep, so you might struggle with heavy luggage. Breakfast is included, but if you check out before breakfast time you will also not get offered a snack for the way. Standard room is too small to open a hardcase suitcase (only space is on the bed).

loved the property’s proximity to the station. also really comfortable beds, and very close to a convenient store!
no complaints at all!!!

nothing
The room was too small, and I am Japanese, not a westerner.
If I was an overseas tourist the size would be inappropriate. I found the bath tub too narrow, even for my female body shape.
I was unable to sleep due to it being necessary to keep the lighting on, in order to keep the air conditioning running. This was essential because it was summer and extremely hot.
I was unable to have any breakfast because I had to be at the airport to catch my 6:30am flight, and your breakfasts do not start until 7:30am. This contradicts most other hotels I have stayed at. Baring in mind your hotel is used by transmitting guests, you may wish to consider each of the points I have outlined. With the international borders opening, you will have a great deal of travelers attracted to your hotel because of its location to the airport . I am sure they will be equally displeased if you choose not to make some effort to rectify some, if not all of the points I have made.
