Ubytování v typickém bílém městečku.

Příjemné uvítání paní hostitelky, které vše pečlivě vysvětlila. Pěkné typické bílé městečko s příjemnou atmosférou. Možnost parkování na blízkém větším parkovišti.

Snídaně až od 9 hodin - potřebovali jsme odjet dříve. V březnu byl pokoj chladný a trochu vlhký.

Adresse plaisante et économique,pour une étape au centre d’un magnifique village blanc d’Andalousie.

Auberge rurale dotée de plusieurs chambres, située en plein cœur du village blanc, facilement accessible à pied depuis le parking public (100 m.) Chambre confortable et agréable, grand lit moelleux, salle d’eau propre. Accueil correct, service efficace. Au total, établissement plaisant pour une ou deux nuits.

Le repas et le petit-déjeuner sont peu chers et suffisants en quantité mais la qualité est moyenne, les produits peu savoureux, alors que l’on s’attendait à une cuisine familiale et locale, ce qui devrait pouvoir être proposé en milieu rural.

a nice accommodation in a beautiful village

very centrally located and clean. a nice period property. A very friendly lady greeted me.

the phone no. displayed on the front door of the hotel (to call for admittance when arriving) did not work for me or for the 2 people who arrived later. I then rang the phone no. that was on the booking.com website and that worked😁.

Disappointing

Gloria did try to help us, but despite of that we were not impressed by this place… unfortunately

We wrote several times to the host of the hotel via booking.com prior to our arrival. We never got a reply back. We booked with dinner and breakfast with our stay and when we arrived we were told that dinner was served at 20.30 and breakfast at 9.30. Not ideal if you are a hiker passing through. The quality of the food was quite poor.

we had the impression there was a pool but there is only a municipal pool in the town which is only open in July and august

A Hidden Gem

This is truly a fabulous hostel, my stay there was faultless. The town is a living museum, there is amazing artwork spread throughout the town. All the people there are really friendly and I never felt like I was intruding in their enchanting pueblo. The hostel is run by Veronica who is very professional, warm and friendly(& also a very good cook). The hostel also has a restaurant which makes delicious traditional Andalusian dishes. The Wi-Fi at the hostel is awesome considering it's remote location. The town has an olympic swimming pool which is included in your stay. If you want to completely "get away from it all", this is the place! I would go back in a heartbeat.

Unique village and a must visit for any art lover. Great place to stay and recommended

friendly people, great location, nice fresh food and fantastic art to be discovered everywhere in this unique village

The road to get to the village is spectacular and the isolation and setting is part of the charm. To drive that road every day might take some getting used to but any art lover should definitely make the trip

Location was great, parking a couple of walking minutes away. Public parking, safe spot. Breakfast and dinner at hotel, limited choices in town. Reasonable and good. Helpful and accommodating owners.

The room does not appear in the photos. Each room has a color and we got the green one, with a small window overlooking a courtyard.

Wonderful, comfortable homely stay

Gloria and her husband made our stay exceptional. Although Gloria's English was limited, we communicated with technology when we checked in and good old fashioned improvisation for the rest of our two night stay. A privately run "old fashioned hotel" like this in England would cost two or three times the price. Bed was really comfortable and always piping hot water in the sink and shower. We ate in on the set menu which was well cooked Spanish home cooking. To reach the village does involve driving fairly narrow windy roads but is well worth it, situated as it is in a wonderful situation

Venetian blinds stuck half way down, but given the shortness of our stay we just worked round it.

What an amazing escape. Nestled in the mountains this is a lovely rustic bohemian style hotel.

Breakfast was simple but excellent. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Good shower. Lovely village with nice surroundings, lots of walks and very friendly people. Hotel staff really helpful and happy. Local restaurant excellent value for money with fantastic panoramic views.

Bed was hard and there was a very small TV but given the price something we could put up with.

Art around every corner 😎

Right in the Centre of the village. Comfortable beds, great shower, a fire and blanket provided (it was early February and it gets cold up there). Veronica and Manuel were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good too. Lovely village. Great hiking. Good fun all round. A very quiet village with a couple of bars. The artwork is amazingly and around every corner.

Clean comfortable room

The hotel advertised it had a tapas bar lunch etc but this was closed we had to walk to the edge of the village uphill to eat then we were told at 8pm the hotel would serve evening meal This was served in a cold environment everyone had to wear their coats

Very nice and calm small village, the building is in the real centre, few steps from the main square. Frienly management, with Veronica and Gloria. Clean rooms. Recommended for those who like calm, traditional Andalusian life and nature. Abt. 45 mins. drive from Costa del Sol, on the top of mountains. Renting a car is absolutely needed. Parking is available and free.

1. The bed road to arrive to hotel (slalom road) 2. Not much light in room 3. Room not have air condition , have Ceiling Fan that work bad and make noise. even you want to open the window in room there is no mosquitoes net in windows , room very hot
