Great location and delicious breakfast. Walking distance to the old town and also convenient for driving.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could park the car in their backyard free of charge, even before we checked in. We had a few final things to do before checking out, and were offered a late checkout at 12 o'clock - which we didn't need, but awesome service anyway! The beds were nice and firm. The breakfast was varied - freshly pressed orange juice is a winner! If only they had oatmeal, but this goes for all Italian hotels... Excellent location right outside the historic centre and the low emission zone.
Only two things, really... The shower was very small. Hard to clean yourself properly in a 70x70 cm triangle, and the bathroom could have fitted a normal sized shower with a bit of thinking. Plus the shower head REALLY needed descaling! Also the water smelled bad, like eggs/sulphur. The smell diminished after a while but didn't completely disappear. Not sure what's up with that, but I obviously used bottled water to brush my teeth!

Especially the breakfast was unbelievable for an italian hotel

It was close to the train station. The front desk was open 24/7 and staff were nice.
It was a little rundown, but acceptable for the price.

The weather was very warm during our stay, but the hotel had not turned on rooms' air conditioning systems because it was off season. So they provided us with a very small fan & slept with open windows. Otherwise, ok stay.
Room air conditioner not turned on due to off season, although there was a heat wave during our stay. Lobby system was on and cool.

Good location and breakfast was really nice.
The hotel can get some renovations, it's not really modern. The bed was too hard for me, I woke up with pain in my body. I was missing in the room a water cooker.

This is the fifth time I have stayed in this small traditional hotel and although some may find it a little tired, to me it is all part of its charm. Perfect location, good parking, lovely staff, very dog friendly and great breakfast. Altogether great value.

Good for one or two night stay. Not modern, but clean and neat. Breakfast was good. 5 min from the city center and 15 from the train station. Early check in not possible but they can keep the luggage (not in a safe locked room though). Staff was helpful.
Bed and pillow could be more comfortable. No duvet. Old fashion (clean) sheets and blankets. Light and temperature insulation not quite good. Shower door not closing properly. Pricey for a single bed room.

The reception staff were very nice and helped us with information. The place was close to the main street in the historical city.
