Close to the main streets, easy access to beaches and countryside

Very professional and cordial staff. Located just off the main street which becomes a pedestrian boulevard during the evening. Short drive to the beaches. Plenty of restaurants, gelateria, plazas, and people-watching.

Was lucky to get the same parking space each time but parking could be a problem, if there is more activity in town. The room was extremely small but with modern amenities, good bath facilities, and a variety of foods at breakfast.

Brilliant small hotel located in the centre of Villasimius town. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. From the receptionist, to the lady who makes delicious coffees in the morning and also the housekeeping, everyone did everything possible to make my stay great. My room was immaculate and fully equipped with a fridge, kettle and daily cleaning and towel replacement. Plenty of hot water and an excellent shower. The bed was very comfortable and my room was very quiet even though it was located next to reception and the road. I loved breakfast every day. A selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, rolls, cheese, hams and freshly made pastries and cakes. The cinnamon and apple cake was my favourite! Villasimius has a great selection of restaurants all within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The nearest beach is a pleasant 20 minute walk and there are lots of fabulous beaches all within a 5km radius. Spiaggio Stefano was my favourite. Would fully recommend Hotel I Graniti to anyone wishing to experience the beauty of the area🥰

A cosy retreat

Everything! It was a really cosy hotel. I had booked a single room but was given a good sized double. Very modern comfortable bed and interior. Very friendly staff, lovely continental breakfast with a seating area outside at the front. Great location, up a slightly steep hill just off the main street.

The only slight negative was with the en-suite. Although all modern fixtures and fittings and a very nice walk-in shower, during showering the water did not drain sufficiently so left the rest of the bathroom floor really wet afterwards. I'm glad I took my flip flops!

extremely enjoyable stay,

The location, the balcony over looking the mountains, the staff and breakfast were all brilliant. Super clean. The fridge was replenished everyday which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great, thank you Alessia & Denise for the coffees. Location was excellent and a 20 min walk to the beach. We got on the electric scooters. The balcony was lovely in the evenings for playing cards and having a wine. Would definitely recommend and would stay at again. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Small tv and not smart. The wifi was awful, we had to use 4g. The main road did get noisy at certain times but we are from London so it wasn’t so bad.

Clean hotel situated in the centre but no noise from the streets. Friendly stuff. Delicious and various breakfast (nonsweet options as well which is hard to get in Italy).

A very friendly owner, big and clean room with a private small terace and hood breakfast. In the city center. Can surely recommend.

Breakfast was very delicious; kind and helpful personnel. Very nice place to be. Close to the beaches (10 min by car/ aprox. 20 min walking) and basically direct in the town centre (many restaurants near, gelatteria etc.).

Pleasant

Bed was very uncomfortable due to the low quality spring mattress. Very noisy from the treet. Between 7pm-1am the whole traffic is bypassed in front of the hotel. Its not possible to sleep without earplugs. Bteakfast quality is questionable. I was unfortunately very dissapointed from the gap between the high rating and the reality.
