We enjoyed the most the sea view from our terrase, we apprecited evening programme for kids and beach and pool service as well.
5.0
The poolside. The buffet food was really good. The entertainment and baby dance was amazing.
Only downside was the fridge inside room didn’t keep anything cold.
4.5
Very large room, beautiful location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast
The air conditioning didn’t work one night.
3.5
location near the beach, variety of family friendly activities, staff super friendly, lovely breakfast and ice cream
not enough shaded area, the pool during midday was so bright that the kids couldn’t keep their eyes open. volume of the music at baby dance activities was so loud that probably armful for kids of young age. The pool bar was cheap looking compared to the rest of the facilities
4.0
- spacious apartment
- good food in restaurants on site
- beach within a walking distance and with free shuttle service, free sunchairs subject to availability
- pool
- car rental agency on site
- very helpful personnel
- would be nice to have a sponge and a little dishwashing detergent in the kitchen, or at least cloth for wiping out the food preparation area and dining table
- would be awesome if there was a cheap and regular (a few times a day) shuttle service to Monti Pitrosu , otherwise a rental car is a must

Nice resort with direct access (and shuttle) to beach and loungers and towels provided. Friendly efficient staff everywhere and allowed us a delayed checkout which was very helpful.
We were allocated a disabled room which had awkward bathroom and blocked shower drain. The other rooms looked ok but no coffee/tea in room which is a pity for the premium price.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The bungalows were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The outdoor area was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and impeccable maintenance. I appreciated the privacy and uninterrupted stay. Additionally, the inclusion of charging facilities for electric cars was a convenient and eco-friendly touch. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for its friendly staff, spacious bungalows, gorgeous outdoor area, privacy, and sustainability efforts.
The selection of dinner buffet could be wider.

lovely spacious apartment, everything we needed, V quiet
kids club wasn’t great but we were there early in the season so I’m sure it gets better

The location of the hotel is fabulous, the staff is really nice and helpful!
2.5
The apartment was large, bright and clean.
The property feels like its run by a cult. Hordes of dead eyed tourists ambling over the expansive grounds - the type of tourists who have never set foot outside their native country before. They're clearly looking to offer "all inclusive" holiday packages - e.g. "come to Sardinia but don't set foot outside the hotel, and then go home and tell your friends you went to Sardinia". It was extremely creepy but I also think we were not the target audience.
Also the breakfast was completely inedible.

Clean room and beautiful beach on site.
Transportation and communication. I did not appreciate that the info point and rental point on site were not accessible during many hours of the day. The info point even closed before the posted closing time. We needed to get to the airport at 6am, spoke to the front desk and they set us up with a dishonest taxi who tried to charge us 155 euros for a 25-minute ride to the airport after initially saying it would be 100 (we expected it'd be 70). If you do not have a car or scooter, do not stay here unless willing to spend a lot on taxis. It presents itself as a resort and spa but the spa is not included if you book the 2-bedroom apartment like we did.

Photos are not representative of the standard of the hotel especially the food. Rooms are very basic, no wifi in main areas. This is a 3 star hotel.

We really liked this resort. The room was really nice, the terrace was small, but adequate. The pool area was really nice and we really enjoyed the beach. The shuttle service was regular and easy to get to etc. Staff are friendly, we loved the pool/entertainment staff - they are a great bunch. Overall a really nice visit.
Luckily we had hired a car, having visited Sardinia many times in the past, but I understand that other people who had not hired vehicles, had trouble getting taxis or knew about the shuttle into San Teodoro. The resort is in the middle of nowhere and the resort should ensure everyone is able to take advantage of their shuttle service - at a reasonable cost!

lovely location and rooms very big and airy. The beach is walki
lack of public transport

well set up resort, good facilities and staff. Enjoyable entertainment, just the right level.
it’s rather remote, you need to like that and have car.
3.5
The location provides excellent access to some of the best beaches on the island. The saltwater pool was an unusual touch. The poolside food was much better than expected. The bar above the reception area was a great place to watch the sun set.
A car is a must or you will feel trapped here because it is quite remote (it's a 2km drive to the main road). The hot buffet in the evenings was very limited and we regretted paying for half board. The hotel beach is a long walk away and the bus service is too infrequent and oversubscribed to bother with. The beach itself was overcrowded (it is not private, just a section of it is reserved for the hotel) and we had to wait 30 minutes to get beds.
3.0
Overpriced. Pool was too salty to swim in. Reception staff were rude and tried to charge us twice for quite a lot. Got stroppy when we pointed out we’d already paid. The mattress was sunken in the middle. The beach shuttle was a golf buggy for 8 that went every 30 minutes, despite hundreds of people staying at the resort!!
