Wifi ucretli olmamali, Yemekler guzel, Sahil guzel, Bazi personeller degismeli.

Yemekler genel olarak guzeldi. Urfali personeller cok cana yakindi. Sahil guzeldi.

Wifi ucretli olmamali Yemekler lezzetli Oda temizligi daha sik yapilabilirdi, Sampuan ve el yikama sabunu mevcut degildi. Havuz haric cam bardak kullanilabilir. Sadece bira ve bazen oldukca saraplar icin cam bardak verildi. Bazi bar icinde calisan personeller degismeli. Ilk 2 gece klimanin gazi bittiginden dolayi sicakta uyumak zorunda kaldik. Klimalarin yeni oldugu soylenildi ama israr etmemden sonra dedigimin dogru oldugu anlasildi ve klima yapildi. Bardan icki alirken ise yeni baslayan bir personel (beyaz tenli siyah tisortlu) bardagin icinde toz parcasina benzer birsey olmasina ragmen bardagi degistirmedi ve gidip icindekini cikartip ayni icecegi verdi. Neden boyle yapiyorsun degistirmelisin komple dedigimde bunu yapmam yasak dedi. Personellerden Urfali olan cocuklar vardi ve cok iyilerdi diger arkadaslardan ayni seyleri goremedim.

I like it is near the beach

The staff does not have any respect for privacy even if you say don't disturb and there is no free wifi in the room you have to pay extra for that it is not Right because Internet should be standard service

Cheap, clean , friendly , food fine.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms are a good size. Very cheap option. Turkish bath was great experience. Free bus to beach with free sun loungers at lime beach club. Clean.

Lots of kids so main pool was quite busy, would have been nice to have one of the pools for children and the other for adults- but that’s just my personal preference. Also could do with a few more chairs at the pool as a few days we didn’t managed to get seated. Bar shut at 10.30pm- although there was a shop just round the corner from hotel called muzzys.

Good value

Nice location, not so far to both beach and Old Town Very helpful, english speaking staff. Rooms were spacious, cleaned every day and in good standard for the price. We did self-catering

Pool is a bit small for the many guests Be aware that the Mosque is neighboor to hotel, it took a few nights getting used to the prayer calling at 5am.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the hotel.

Food was amazing, staff are friendly and always smiley. The cleaners do a great job every day.

There was a big gap between lunch and dinner.

Leaves a lot to be desired

Good shower and swimming pool

Lots of common services were available at extra charge. High price would normally include a good breakfast but this was not included. Free wifi in room available at extra charge... Not seen this since 2007... :) pool towels available for rent. Room was not very large. Kitchenette included but without cooker, electric plate or utencils and cups so basically useless! This was included on the description but not provided.

Disappointing

The staff was very rude to us. We booked a room with kitchen, but all the facilities were locked in the warehouse, so we had to ask about it. However, the answer was very rude like they do a favor.. The slides at the pool also didn’t work until we ask to turn them on for kids. We didn’t like the fact that you have to beg for smth that should be in the hotel without asking.

Okay. but wouldn’t use this hotel again.

The location was close to everything. McDonald’s & BK 3 mins way. beach 10min pubs , 5-10 mins Always found something to eat. Drinks were okay as vodka , gin , Wine and soft drinks were included.

10 nights with no entertainment was hard with children. we went out every night for entertainment so spent So much more. we paid for a connecting room, they don’t even offer them!

okay value for the money

we liked the all inclusive concept and especially the breakfast buffet, and there were many vegetables. The studio room was nice and we liked having pool

the hotel is situated very close to a mosque, and the prayer call in the middle of the night woke me up every night. The children’s club did not exist, and the playroom was small, unsupervised and very worn/dirty. The pools were nice, but when it is high season and the hotel is fully booked the pools and the pool area becomes too crowded. It would be nice with more variation in the varm meals.

The worst holiday we have ever had really regret booking this hotel - AVOID at all costs!

The only good thing we liked about the hotel was the beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size The hotel is not that close to anything sadly lots of businesses have shut down so limited on things to do within walking distance. Got a cab every morning and evening make sure to allow at least £20 per day for this or hire a car

Don’t know where to start really whilst a few of the staff were friendly the majority were unhelpful and rude made us feel they didn’t want foreign tourists there Do not do the all inclusive unless your happy to queue up like school dinners then if you can find a table to eat at, if not people were having to sit on sunloungers or on their laps in reception people we spoke to said they wish they hadnt opted all inclusive as food was awful and apparently the alcoholic drinks were really watered down - the hotel were trying to charge us £1200 for 4 of us for 2 weeks - think we had a lucky escape as there are lots of beach restaurants that serve up great food On arrival at 4.30am reception advised they had overbooked the hotel so we were put into top floor room which meant going up 5 flights of stairs with two small children and zero help with our luggage - no lifts reading other reviews looks like over booking is a regular occurrence! Broken sunbeds and you won’t even get one unless your up before sunrise Swimming pool - so dirty you couldnt see the bottom of the pool so didn’t use Cleaners - may as well not have them our bathroom was not cleaned for a whole week not forgetting to mention the blocked shower which overflowed and stank every time you used it. Our bin wasn’t emptied for 4 days, beds not made, towels not changed only hung out to dry, tge maids were also obsessive about taking the drinking glasses and crockery leaving us with glass and one bowl between 4 of us - they did this everyday when we complained they left dirty plastic cups in our room! Description was 5 minute walk to the beach - more like 25 minute walk to the beach on uneven pavements up and down very steep hill in 40 degree heat would not recommend to anyone who has mobility issues

Friendly people. Facilities were very clean - the staff work very very hard. Really loved the room - pool and slide were brilliant for the family

Disappointing

The weather it wasn't the worst hotel but have been in better. Helpfully when arranging a transfer back to the airport

The noise from other guests terrible, shouting & slamming of doors hard to get to sleep. They had a menu for snacks but you couldn't always get anything to eat just catered for all inclusive guests. On day of departure we had to be out of our room by 12 noon they had a shower room but we could only have 1 towel saw other guests with about 4 or 6,we had to share1 towel
