Muy buen sitio

El hotel es muy bonito en un edificio antiguo, todo reformado, contratamos una doble normal y nos dieron una habitación enorme con un saloncito El desayuno buffet es chiquito pero bastante completo

Está más en el centro y lejos de la zona de playa por decir algo

Idéalement placé pour une escale à Sanlucar

La structure de l’hôtel est au sein d’un édifice historique rénové avec goût. Les chambre sont donc très spacieuses à la déco approprié au site.

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado

La ubicación es perfecta, no hay nada de ruido y a la vez estás a 5-10 minutos del centro andando.La habitación es muy amplia, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. La limpieza de 10.

Me hubiese gustado más que el baño tuviera ducha en lugar de bañera. Sería adecuado más iluminación en la habitación (suite junior).

Disappointing

The location is very good.

We have stayed here several times in the past and always been satisfied with the room, facilities and location. However, this time we were so disappointed. We paid for a Junior Suite and on check in we were issued with a standard room. Only after complaining about the smell of smoke and the lack of room cleaning were we given the standard of room that we paid for. It seemed that the facilities, furniture and staff have been cut back to an absolute minimum. There was no hot water in the mornings and the hotel bar/restaurant facilities were almost non existent. We were delighted with the room rate, which encouraged us to book, however, even at a reduced rate this was not good value for money and certainly not of a 4 star standard.

Disappointing

The staff were polite & friendly . The room was spacious. The location was good , 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to the square.

The outside of the property looks a mess. The veiw from our room was non existent and was hidden by curtains. The breakfast was just “ ok” ( scrambled egg looked like it had been sat for hours ) but we had to keep asking for items to be replenished The pool did not look inviting and the area surrounding it was dirty

Great potential but would look else where.

it has great potential but it’s not there yet.

Car parking - reception - not our problem try the road.It was Manzanilla week! No access control so anyone could park. After driving around and around 5 times we just drove in and sat and waited for another car to leave. They have a bar and a fab outside seating area but the bar was closed.

Lovely high ceiling spacious room in a very handy location - within a few minutes walk to town square, bodegas and beach.

A jug/kettle in the room with cups would be excellent .

Good location.

The reception was unfriendly and unhelpful. Breakfast was very limited. Lack of an open bar in a 4 * hotel. Limited parking. Useless air conditioning. Limited parking.

Ok but could have been better for the price and a hotel that had 4 stars

There was on site free parking which is a bonus

Breakfast cooked items were cold scrambled egg looked like a congealed mess. Shower head was loose so would not stay in position told staff but it was not rectified. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be great

Good hotel in central location with free parking

Good location. Hotel had been refurbished since our last visit.

Drain smells if you leave your window open. Laundry men VERY NOISY at 6.30am and woke us up. We had asked for a quiet room!
