Really nice appartment 🥰

The place was really nice and clean. The location is great. Our host Maria was very pleasant, forthcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Crete this is where we will stay again :)

Amazing host in nice location - Chania

We rented out the apartment in Chania for 4 nights. Our idea was to be close (within walking distance) to the old city but not in the city center so we could easily park and take the car every day for our daily trips around the island. The location of the apartment was exactly that. The parking spot was always available on the streets around. The beach is one street away full of local restaurants that have better prices than the old city town. Maria, the landlord, was super kind and nice and wanted to help with everything. She recommended a very nice bakery close by in which we were taking coffee and bread/croissants every morning, and also some restaurants to go to very nice for the price and quality, right on the beach. She met us on our arrival and on the day we were leaving, we paid and left the keys on the door.

The room was quite big with a balcony, however, the gas cooker was a bit slow and a tiny place for cooking. Tools were provided so that was good. The apartment is in the city, so noises around can be heard, but we could sleep through the whole night without any problem.

Great good value place to stay in Chania

The location was great - right near nea hora beach and an easy walk to the old town in one direction and mor beaches in the other direction. Comfortable and cozy room with facilities for cooking if required. Lovely friendly host who was available to give advice if required.

Exceptional

Maria is a fantastic host and the apartment is very confortable, lot of space and light. There is a lot of storage, full set of kitchenware and also some extra stuff for going to the beach (towels, umbrella). Everything helps to feels like staying at home! Beside that is near the centre of Chania, walking distance from the old harbour, and there are some nice supermarket and bakery very close to it

Perfect location, perfect host, great apartment

Maria was waiting for us when we arrived and was so welcoming. She took so much time to show us the apartment, had put water in the fridge and provided some of her homemade jam (which was amazing!). She provided a map and marked various locations of interest incl the supermarkets. The whole place was so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bedroom had a balcony which had the afternoon and evening sun. Step out onto the street, look to your left and in 30 seconds you are on the beach. Regular cleaning and Maria even provided beach towels, a beach mat and an umbrella and slippers. This place was perfect for the whole holiday, and Maria is the icing on the cake.

Absolutely nothing. You cannot fault the apartment and you cannot fault the location.

Amazing place

Maria was the best host ever! She is very generous and has a kind heart. The studio is in the center of Chania and one minute walk from the beach. The room was super clean and comfortable, and a good kitchen where you can cook everything. It was definitely 10/10 and Maria made our stay in Chania much better! We recommend it to everyone!!!

Ne pas hésiter

Apartment on the 1st floor with large bedroom, a stone's throw from the sandy beach and not far from the lively center of Chania. Minimalist but functional kitchen that allowed us to cook. Balcony not wide but very long which bypassed 2 sides of the building and allowed us to sit depending on the wind and the sun. Exemplary cleanliness with passage of a housekeeper 3 times a week. Owner of extreme kindness and with a big heart! Highly recommended.

To make it perfect, I would recommend adding a few extra cooking utensils for those who don't go to restaurants regularly. But considering the kindness of the owner, I'm sure she would have provided some if we had asked her to.

The room had everything that we needed and the location is perfect between the City-Center and the beaches. The cherry on top however is the hostess Maria, she will help you with whatever questions or problems you have on holiday and provide you with all informations to have a great time in crete!

Superb

Maria is lovely and very friendly host. She greeted us and gave all the necessary information for room and for city from a local perspective, even though we arrived after 9 pm. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We also liked location very much. It is only 1 minute walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Is it was more better than was expected, Nice location, Very close to the beach very close to the restaurant to the city , very good for the family, the lady Maria is was so nice and kind with us, shi was left in the room for us umbrella and staff going to the Beach , beter the hotel, I recommend 100%

We liked the host. She is very nice and did everything for us to feel good. We booked a smaller studio but she offered us a larger more expensive appartment at the same price.
