Wir hatten vier gute Tage mit bestem Erholungseffekt im herrlichen Niederschlesien.

Wir kannten das Haus schon aus 2019. Damals ein schönes Beispiel für ein Barockschlösschen des Ersterbauers. Die das Haus restaurierten Hamburger Erben hatten den preußischen Geist exzellent präsentiert. Damals eine ausgesuchte Bibliothek mit Originalliteratur aus dem 18.Jahrhundert, sowie eine schöne Porzellansammlung. Die Küche ist auch heute noch sehr gut, wie auch der Service und der Spabereich.

Die Vitrinen im Festsaal mit Technik gefüllt, die Bibliothek zur typischen Touristischen Ablagesammlung verkommen - schade. Im Zimmer vielerorten Gebrauchsspuren, die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht effektiv regulieren.

amazing hotel which stands out in design and servuce

The hotel is amazing. The design of old and modern is absolutely perfekt. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom very nice. The restaurant is fantastic. Breakfast is good. However, it is really annoying that there is not one electrical socket close to the bed in order to load the mobile phone! Overall the hotel looks much better than on the website, at least that was the case for me.

Lovely property, friendly staff! All in all, didn't feel like a 5 Star Hotel.

- The property is truly lovely, with its picturesque landscape and charming pond with swans. It's a serene retreat. - The playground for kids is a wonderful touch and was greatly appreciated by our daughter. - We were impressed by the abundance of towels in the bathroom; it's always reassuring to have plenty available. - The staff were consistently professional and friendly, contributing positively to our overall experience.

- Despite the pleasant overall experience, we didn't feel that it aligned with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Regrettably, we found ourselves questioning the value for money. - There seemed to be a lack of attention to the finer details that typically distinguish a 5-star experience from a 4-star one. - We opted for the chalet/suite, expecting a luxurious experience. However, being situated outside the main building detracted from the ambiance we anticipated. - One significant issue was the lack of prior information regarding the shared arrangement of the chalet/suite. We were surprised to find an office and storage room on the ground floor, with no separate door to our rooms upstairs. Consequently, we were provided with a cumbersome set of keys to secure each room, which felt less than ideal for a 5-star establishment. - The furnishings in the suite were disappointingly basic, failing to evoke the luxurious Chateau experience we had hoped for. - It was disheartening to realize that despite opting for the more expensive room, our experience did not reflect the level of luxury expected from a 5-star hotel.

Hotel utrzymany w historycznym klimacie, zieleń dookoła, jezioro.

Jedyny mały minus to drink bar, jak na 5 * hotel bar czynny do 22, braki asortymentu.

Kasteelheer voor een nacht

Vriendelijke gastheer en personeel. Proper hotel in een mooie setting (kasteel). Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste badkamer. Mogelijkheid tot gebruik van de spa voorzien van zwembad en sauna tot 22 uur 's avonds.

Weinig of geen horeca in de nabije omgeving. Het eigen restaurant is iets te beperkt qua menu.

Saunabereich etwas minimalistisch, eine Dusche von zweien defekt. Die Entlüftung in einem der 3 Bäder (Zimmer mit Seeblick) war durch Windböen oder Fehlkonstruktion sehr laut und störend

Perfect stay in a historic castle

Super nice staff, large room with a great view, free parking, pet-friendly, great restaurant and a bar…pool, sauna…the perfect place to stay close to Jelenia Góra sind visit the mountains, castles and experience the outdoors.

The only small downside is that you have to walk through the restaurant to enter pool and spa…quite funny walking by in a bathrobe for everyone to see while enjoying dinner. But really just a fun aspect and nothing negative.

Excellent location in quite place. Nicely renovated palace. Big, modern rooms with nice pond view.

Breakfasts average. 2-3 types of fruits at high season. Rooms were not clean, outside the hotel on terraces and balconies either. I would expect much more from five stars hotel. Noisy ventilators in toilets which cannot be switched off manually what can be very disturbing especially in the night. Beds not very comfortable.

An elegant hotel beautifully restored where it easily to unwind, relax, and refresh.

Everything combined to make this hotel an exceptional rejuvenating experience. The kindness and calmness of the staff was admirable. The hotel pampers with elegance, peace, living comforts, and the beauty of the nature outside. My dog and I both had a wonderful time relaxing.

Two things that I missed were being able to soak in a jacuzzi and being able to make tea/coffee in the room.

This place is peaceful and cozy very quiet and perfectly located. Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, garden wiev. The bathroom was amazing - everything you need. We love the breakfast and relaxing area at the swiming pool. I am giving 10 stars ...Thank you very much

only issue the wi-fi very weak. Even though it was a vacation, I had a weekly zoom meeting that i needed to hold. I ended up rescheduling it because of the wi-fi situation. It was not a huge deal for me but something for people to be aware of.
