Great location and facilities

Location, cleanliness, having 2 bathrooms was great , facilities were great too.

Don’t like carpet at all. Only had it in bedrooms. Not great when ur near the beach.

Stunning view and great facilities.

The view from our upgraded apartment on the 16th floor was amazing and the location, right in front of the beach was perfect to make the most of our stay.

Perfect, it was a lovely unit.

Location was perfect, across the road from the beach and close to restaurants, clubs and shops.

No sun got to the unit so it was a bit too cool to sit on the deck.

All up a lovely stay thank you

Great sized unit, very comfortable, wonderful view of the ocean. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and prompt to fix small issues. Easy access to shops, cafes etc. A lovely stay and will book again.

Maybe have cleaners check items in kitchen are clean from previous guests. We came across a few unclean items - pots, plates, cutlery. Not a major but a little off putting and just something to be mindful of when getting place ready for next guests.

Our stay was ok but a little disappointing.

Great Location directly opposite the beach and close to amenities. The views of the beach & ocean were the best part. The large pool & heated spa were both excellent. The air conditioning in all rooms was good.

The interior of our apartment (apt 25) was tired & dated. The bed materess in all 3 bedrooms were hard. The fridge never got very cold (a problem for 5 guests) Some light switches & light bulbs were not working. Onsite Car Parking provides for only one car for 5 guests. The public parking across the road is limited to 3 hours.

Great apartment with fantastic views!!!

Fantastic view & apartment was a good size for a family.

Would of expected more dishwashing liquid rather than one satchel for when staying multiple nights. Apartment was in need of a spring clean with lots of dust on furniture.

Great Spot...Huge Unit....Best View....Pity About The Customer Service

Great spot. Big unit. Very clean.

The gentleman on the front desk was not happy. Not good customer service. I wasn't the only guest who experienced his unhappy service. I overheard other guests in the elevator. I think he needs a holiday!

Fabulous views, awesome spot to stay!

The view, the layout, the location, the apartment was very well equipped, and the price was great for what we got! We were on the 11th floor and the view was out of this world.

Amazing view make the negatives tolerable

Cleanliness was a 7/10. Food bits under the table had not been vacuumed. Tile grout in ensuite dirty. Pathetic amenities- smallest shampoo sample bottle ever, no salt and pepper, only 2 toilet rolls. That stuff would not cost much but make a much better impression. Sofas looked like they were thrown together from an opshop.

A great place to stay. Great vie

This was our 3rd visit to Indigo Blue. We love staying here. It's close to great places to eat, is directly opposite the beach with great views, and supermarkets are not too far away.

Wonderful stay!

Great location, close to Burleigh shops and heaps of cafes. Two choices for beaches with flags which is also great. Super comfortable beds and lots of space! Tony was a great host and very accomodating. Will definitely return!

Wish we booked a higher apartment as most of the lower ones, the ocean is covered by the trees.

Great locations, slightly dated decor

The location is great - flagged swimming area of the beach opposite the apartments and lots of cafes/food and grocery stores close by. Parking is easy and check in was super smooth. The pool area is great also.

The room we stayed in was dated and not the best view. It was obviously not a refurbished or modernised one. I have stayed twice previously and had requested a higher apartment that was modernised. I got neither request. There was also a lot of noise to be heard above us. I woke up the first morning to what sounded like a march of elephants. They must have checked out as we didn't hear the following days we were there. We also got a corner apartment so our view was slightly obstructed. Given that I am a returning customer and had made requests for a better apartment, I was quite disappointed with what we received.
