The charm of the middle country 20 km from the beaches.
Half stones, half stucco in earth colors, this apartment on the ground floor of the country house is completely independent visually and phonetically.
It opens its doors on 110 m2 offering 1 wc in 1 huge bathroom with Italian polished concrete shower, 1 very functional fully integrated kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms: the first with its 160cm bed, cozy atmosphere. The second with its 2 drawers beds, offering 4 beds. The bedding is new and very comfortable, the linen is neat.
This magnificent apartment is bordered by 5 wrought iron arcades made by an air-conditioned ironworker overlooking the terrace and swimming pool.
Pleasant tableware, refined decoration.
On 4000 m2, the space is structured and offers an orchard with 20 fruit trees, a small forest and hammocks, its Zen corner and its dry garden. Many plants with Mediterranean essences surround the living space.
Ideal location in the center of the triangle Nice, Cannes, Grasse, between sea and mountains.
Art lovers will be delighted, like hikers, or divers. Boat trips and water sports are also offered on the coast.
Our villages are full of gourmet restaurants with southern flavors. It is quite simply the ART of living.

Anne is an extremely kind host, very attentive and approachable, she communicated well with us. The apartment is centrally located for Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Mougins and Valbonne. It is a large space, well equipped - part of the host’s main house within extensive mature grounds and secure parking. Good supermarket - few minutes drive. We had a very interesting holiday. We had 2 wonderful weeks at the beginning of october. We were on the road with over baby and our dog for over 2 months and this part of our journey stayed in our mind as the best time thanks to the cozy apartment, the beautiful garden, nice pool, perfect weather and thanks to Anne, who was such a lovely host. Our dog could be free on the whole property and enjoyed it a lot. The area is full of nice places to visit and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. Thanks Anne for having us as your guests!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Ruhig gelegen aber doch nicht weit ab vom Schuss. Die umliegenden kleinen Dörfer des Hinterlandes alle gut zu erreichen - maximale Erholung für den einwöchigen Aufenthalt war möglich! Anne Pretagut, merci beaucoup!

Tolles Haus und nette Vermieterin!

Das Haus ist toll, ruhig gelegen aber Supermarkt und Bäcker sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Städte Antibes, Nizza und Cannes sind alle in ca 40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und definitiv groß genug für 4 Personen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Il faudrait être bien difficile pour ne pas apprécier la gentillesse et disponibilité d Anne, la beauté du jardin, le calme de Roquefort ...le tout à 30 mn des plages, de Nice et Cannes, des villages de l arrière pays..et les sentiers de randonnée sur place!!!une adresse à garder!!

Maison très bien située pour visiter les environs. Supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Maison vieillissante qui manque d'entretien (porte WC cassée, trous dans la terrasse, mobilier de jardin recouvert de poils de chat). Piscine bien entretenue, très grande mais hélas mal exposée (plus de soleil à 16 h). Beaucoup de moustiques. Maison pas du tout adaptée aux personnes en fauteuil roulant comme c'est indiqué et confirmé par la propriétaire. Très mauvaise surprise en arrivant.

Cadre idéal pour se reposer, dans une région magnifique. L'appartement et le jardin sont parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la piscine. L'appartement est bien accessible pour une personne en fauteuil malgré une marche pour aller aux chambres qui peut gêner les fauteuils électriques.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle. La piscine de bonne dimension a ravi petits et grands. Nous avons pu admirer le grand terrain aux multiples plantes, très bien entretenu par Anne la propriétaire. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. Anne est présente et très discrète.

L’appartement d’Anne est très grand , lumineux et la configuration très pratique car chacun peut conserver son intimité même à 4. Dans le logement on trouve tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Le jardin est aussi très agréable et bien entretenu . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Really enjoyed our stay in Roquefort les Pins, the apartment was lovely although a little tired, garden and pool were beautiful, and as described, beautiful setting and perfect location. We have 3 small excited children and did feel conscious of noise levels with land lady being on site, but still enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in Anne's beautiful house. Roquefort les Pins is a perfect location to discover the gems of the Provence. Anne was very responsive and helpful. The house and the garden were exactly as described if not better! The house and the kitchen were perfectly equipped. Our children loved the garden and the pool. 2 beautiful golf courses were in direct neighborhood. We will definitely return! Merci beaucoup, Anne!

Super location, conforme au descriptif. Très bien aménagée , hyper calme, bien située pour visiter la région ( nos coups de cœur : St Paul de Vence, Les gorges du Loup, Gourdon, vieux Nice...). La propriétaire est très agréable et très discrète . Merci pour l'accueil! La piscine est spacieuse, la climatisation appréciable par grosse chaleur, de même que le jardin arboré . Bref, vous ne serez pas déçu .

We had a wonderful two weeks in this apartment. Anne the owner was very welcoming and helpful but discreet throughout our stay. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with high quality equipment and a well-stocked kitchen area. The garden was beautiful with plenty of seating/dining space on the decking which was immediately accessible from the apartment. The pool area, although shared with the owner, (we had it to ourselves for two weeks), is discreetly hidden by trees from the main house so very private. Great location for visiting the French Riviera but lovely to come back to tranquillity at the end of a busy day. Would thoroughly recommend.

Appartement extraordinaire; très beau et très propre. Tout a été fait soigneusement et avec beaucoup de goût. Anne est super sympas. Merci encore pour les bonnes recommandations. Résumé : Nous allons revenir ! Einfach nicht zu toppen – waren begeistert von der Wohnung und der Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Roquefort-les-Pins ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. In kurzen Wegen erreicht man interessante Orte! Hat man mal keine Lust auf Sightseeing, dann kann man wunderbar am wunderschönen Pool relaxen. Unsere Tochter ist sogar im April in den Pool gesprungen. Anschließend konnte sie in der großen Dusche sich wieder gut aufwärmen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, alles ist vorhanden. Eine wirkliche Empfehlung!

Anne the owner is lovely! She is so welcoming and polite. Her cats are adorably cute too! The grounds are very pretty and well kept. There are plenty of amenities close by. The boulangerie by the Intermarche is a must! The bread and cakes are amazing! Very conveniently located to nearby towns, Cannes, Antibes and Nice. The apartment is on the ground floor, and tastefully decorated. Sofa is comfy with cosy warm blankets to wrap up in. Although the TV is lacking in english speaking channels, we just used filmon.tv on our laptop as an alternative. So not really a problem!! Lots of utensils in the kitchen with a very big fridge. Plenty of plates etc! There are lots of patio doors which open up to a beautiful terrace for al fresco dining overlooking the pool and grounds. the night lights are perfect too to set the mood. We did have some issues with the drains as the shower got blocked. But Anne is more than willing to help you out with it. We had a really nice stay and it was perfect for what we needed.
