This wonderful villa for rent with heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and spectacular view is named 'Villa Kullevik'. It is located in one of the most prestigious area of the Costa Tropical. The Monte de los Almendros is considered to be one of the 10 most exclusive neighbourhoods in Spain. Villa Kullevik is very well connected, barely 100 km from away any of the major regional airports (e.g. Malaga, Granada or Almeria). The access to the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood is very easy, since it is not too far from the N-340 national road, which connects Malaga with Almería. It is also just a few kilometers to the beautiful coastal towns Salobreña and Almuñecar.
This wonderful villa for rent with heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and spectacular views has been renovated with materials and finishes of excellent quality. The location within the neighbourhood is privileged. The views of the Mediterranean Sea are spectacular. The villa is oriented torwards southeast, which gives us sunlight during most of the day and allows the guest to fully enjoy the sunrise. We have fantastic views of the coast and its white towns and green fields. You can contemplate the beaches of Salobreña with its famous landmark 'El Péñono' (a huge rock inside the sea). The Playa Granada, where the Los Moriscos golf course with 18 holes is located, is a just 15 minutes drive away. The view is also fantastic in the night when you can admire the stars! Seeing the castel of Salobreña illuminated is also a delight. Enjoy a full moon scenery, which is an image impossible to forget.
The luxurious Villa Kullevik, has been built on 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms
3 bathrooms, a spacious living room and an independent kitchen. The property offers secured parking for two cars, several terraces and a garden, which provides high privacy for the guest. There is a splendid barbecue area with a bar ldirectly next to the pool and the jacuzzi. One of the most important parts of this wonderful house is the spacious terrace where the swimming pool (8m x 4 m / depth: 1,40 - 1,60m) is located. The Nordic sauna, the jacuzzi, the table football offer good entertainment for guests of all ages. This wonderful house is equipped with individual air conditioning appliances for heating or cooling in each room.
Guests of the villa have free access to the close-by (about 1km) recreational area of the Monte de los Almendros neighbourhood. It is consisting of a large swimming pool for adults, another smaller pool for children. a little playground, a tennis court and a football field. There is also a bar, which opens during the sommer month.

Initially we thought the photographs showed the property in a better light than upon inspection. However this feeling wore off during our stay.
The heated pool was great, although the manual cover was a bit of a pain to pull over each night.
Didn’t use the hot tub or the sauna, more than happy to lay outside in the sunshine with occasional dips into the pool.
However, some of the sun beds need replacing, the webbing has stretched to the extent that your back is resting on the metal support bars making it very uncomfortable.
Property is well stocked with pots, pans and cutlery
Disappointed with what was left in the property as a starter pack….2 dishwasher tablets, no kitchen roll, no salt and pepper etc…this means buying a dishwasher tablet pack with 30 tablets only 10 were used, and a salt and pepper grinder, which was left behind……I expect this will not be left for the next holiday makers, who will have to start over.
Finally, disappointed with the TV set up, not that we wanted to watch much, Champions League final would of been nice…flipped through 201 channels only 2 in English
1 of those a children’s programme and no football.

The villa is located in a super location, fantastic view. Facility is in good condition. Pool and jacuzzi are a dream. Everything is in working condition The service was also very good, from the reception to small complaints. Everything was taken care of immediately without any problems.
A shade over the whirlpool would still be very useful. Otherwise, this was for us a dream vacation in Salobrena and Villa Kullevik. We would go there again.

Excellent villa in a quiet residential area. The infinity pool and terraces have a fabulous view of Salobreña and the sea. The area is lovely as not very touristy and has excellent road links to Granada, Cordoba etc. Some super restaurants recommended by Carlos

Brilliant stay. Villa was very well equipped. Infinity pool with the views over the coastline and Moorish hill castle absolutely fantastic by both day and night. We would definitely return to the villa again as we loved both it and the very Spanish area.

Wir wollten nicht mehr nach Hause
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und waren täglich mehrmals im Pool und Jacuzzi, herrlich. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, Entspannung pur. Kleinigkeiten könnten in Schuss gebracht werden, aber sie spielen keine Rolle, da sonst alles stimmt. Service ist auch top.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Kullevik sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Aussicht und toller Pool / Whirlpool. Einzig und alleine die Sofas sind schon sehr abgewohnt und müsste für den Preis erneuert respektive zumindest mit einem Sofaüberwurf verschönert werden. Zudem gab es gewisse andere Schäden am/im Haus, die nicht repariert wurden. Damit ich 5* geben würde, müssten diese Kleinigkeiten noch verbessert werden. Alles in allem kann ich aber die Gastgeber Grandes Villas sehr empfehlen und würde auch wieder ein Haus bei Ihnen buchen.

Lovely place to relax
This is a really lovely villa to stay in when you need a relaxing time. Having a car is essential but it is 10 minutes to salobrena and 18 minutes to almunecar so was ideally located. The design of the property was gorgeous with almost every room having the most amazing sea views. Would definitely visit again!

Traumhafter Blick
Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern der Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Blick über die Küste ist wirklich traumhaft !!!
Der einzige Punkt, der gestört hat, war die mehrtägige (5 Tage) starke Lärmbelästigung durch einen Bagger, der ein massives Fundament einer anderen Villa mit einer Art Presslufthammer abtrug. Die Arbeiten gingen täglich von 8 bis nach 18 Uhr.

Royale viila met veel ruimte rondom en geweldig uitzicht
De villa is heel royaal met veel terrassen en onovertroffen uitzicht! Interieur mag hier en daar wel een update hebben maar verder is het een zalige plek. Het zwembad kan verwarmd worden wat in april een must bleek. De jacuzzi maakt t compleet! Helaas niet geschikt voor mensen die niet (veel) trappen kunnen lopen. Voor ons verwende vakantiegangers een aanrader

Home is beautiful. Setting is great and as in pictures. Salobrena was a nice town.
The home met all expectations (which were high due to the great photos). VRBO rep Carlos was very responsive to emails and met us to go over the area extensively. The pool setting is incredible to be in or near. The beds were comfy, but wish they were clippable together since all are really 2 doubles that can look like kings. Great instruction book for electronic items (tv, spa, pool, stove, microwave, etc.). Four separate AC areas was very useful! Spa was a bit small and not used much. Home is one of the best in an exclusive area due to the pool and views. Since the area some years (including 2018!) gets invaded by stinging jellyfish in spring causing few to actually be in the water at beaches, having a private pool was essential and great! Several local groceries in Salobrena were adequate, but bigger ones in Motril. Enjoyed our stay.

An epic property with breath taking views and so many memories.
As someone who has traveled the world I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this property truly is from waking up every morning to the most breathtaking sunrise to sitting in the infinity pool and watching sunsets. Such an amazing place that I loved and will come back anytime. We originally took our parents there so that they could have an amazing first time trip out of the country and it couldn’t have went better the history is absolutely incredible along with the food and the hospitality of the town. We will be coming back!

Die unverbaute Sicht auf das Meer
Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in den Herbstferien in diesem super schönen Haus verbringen dürfen und es ist uns schwergefallen schon wieder zu fahren.Ob Pool,Sauna oder Tischtennis dieses Haus bietet alles.Granada zu besuchen ist ein muss, wenn man hier schon mal ist, sollte man bis zum Abend noch in der Altstadt dem Albacin bummeln.Wir haben viel gesehen und werden sicher nicht das letzte ma sein.Nerja und Frigillna sollte man auch unbedingt besuchen.Es gibt fast überall gutes Essen. Sehr netter Verwalter vor Ort der viele Tips gibt. M.und D.

Traumhafter Ausblick am Pool
Wir haben 10 sehr erholsame Tage in der Villa verbracht. Der tolle Ausblick und die ruhige Lage waren wirklich klasse. Bezüglich der Ausstattung des Hauses fehlte uns nichts.

The best rental ever!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless and nicely decorated. The kitchen had high-end appliances and was nicely fitted out with dishes and utensils; although a little small it wasn't a problem for just the two of us. The beds were definitely more comfortable than in some houses we have rented and with very nice linens. The pool area was wonderful--nice comfortable chairs and a lovely pool. We chose to have the pool heated to 27 degrees which was perfect for us. The view from the pool and upstairs terrace is something that you can just sit and gaze at for the entire afternoon.
We did not use the jacuzzi or sauna so I cannot comment on them other than to say that they were very clean. The outdoor kitchen was a nice addition that we used frequently.
Carlos met us at the villa at our arrival and departure and couldn't have been more helpful. He drew little maps to show us routes to take to get to things we wanted to see. And gave up helpful hints about driving and parking.
In summary, it was such a wonderful experience that we didn't even do all the sightseeing we had intended because it was so nice at the house.

Luxury villa, wonderful views, everything you need!!
We stayed in this villa for a week. We occupied all four bedrooms and there was still so much space with two living areas and plenty of outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen was a delight and we used it so much during our stay dining Al fresco :)
The infinity pool is great and a good size for the villa. The hot tub was awesome especially on evenings when it was a little more windy as you're up so high into the mountain it can get a little chilly on an evening. The location of the villa definitely requires transport of some kind as the town is around a 15 minute drive so would be well over an hour to walk there and much more back (due to hills). Carlos made us aware of this before out stay so booked cars in advance. The complex also has a small bar, large pool, kids park, tennis courts and extra facilities which are very peaceful and the food was really good. My only niggle (if any) would be the size of the kitchen, quite restricted due to how small it was. The outdoor kitchen made up for this though. Wonderful stay and Carlos was the most helpful point of contact possible. Big thumbs up from me :)
