There is little or no mobile coverage in Nojee. We were told after the event that we should have received an email with an 'enter' code. This was never received. We had no phone coverage to call anyone and no one on site. This was very stressful! We were so lucky a person in the other Chalet was there and had coverage with Telstra to help us contact the Owner for the code. The Owner was less than helpful. Value for money NO! One small soap, one shampoo/conditioner, one toothbrush set & one little milk carton for 2 people x 2 nights was not acceptable. Thank you to Booking.com for following up on our complaint, as Owner was not helpful at all.

Great spot, secluded but accessible. Perfect venue for couple. Beautiful surrounds. Short drive to toorongo falls. Spa was nice. Loved the gas log fire. Noojee hotel provide a shuttle bus also.

Hard to log into tv and netflix wouldnt connect. Found an adult toy in the bathroom drawer left by a previous stay id say.

it was the most beautiful 4 night stay. we were told to explore the property, which was magnificent. the facilities of the house were fantastic. we will definitely be back.

This is a little gem! if you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful getaway, this is it. It felt like home as soon as we walked in the door! I’ll admit from the road and the drive in, the chalets looked less than inviting, instantly thinking oh no, but I couldnt fault our stay. The Spa was amazing, a movie (Netflix) in front of the heater, the comfiest bed and the shower was perfection. HIGHLY recommend dinner or takeaway at the Noojee pub, the food is wonderful

Nothing, it was absolutely beautiful. my only opinion is perhaps a lick of bright paint on the front door or something to say “welcome” as it does look a little scary haha oh and clean the jets in the spa before filling with hot water

Excellent retreat just to get away from it all for a few day and reboot yourself.

Beautiful surroundings, nice and quiet, local pub meal was beautiful.

Rooms are outdated for the price. Our TV didnt work and neither did our internet but the staff were quick to come down and check it out and gave us a temp fix.

The entire stay was amazing from the customer service I received from the owner when booking an additional Night to the stunning views on the property and the spa on the balcony was absolutely delightful so peaceful and private.

It needs a little bit more of a heating option as the kitchen gets freezing when the cold night air comes even a sliding/foldable room divider or door just so it's not so so chilly on those winter nights and maybe a little optional shade sail above the spa would be great :)

The property is in a beautiful isolated environment. It’s peaceful and you are surrounded by beautiful forest and a gorgeous river.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Not a luxurious chalet, very over priced. Ran out of gas which meant no heat, no cooking, no hot water. Could not contact the owner for over an hour. I asked for a discount and Frank (owner) offered the night for free and then reneged. I tried to get in contact many times to resolve the problem, extremely poor communication. Extremely unsatisfied, this place is over priced and the owners are very unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE.
