La Ubicación y los vouchers de desayunos muy buenos, recomiendo ir todos los días a Colores Santos, abre temprano y las opciónes de desayuno son variadas.
La insonorización del departamento es pesima, se escucha el departamento de arriba y el de al lado como si estuvieran adentro de la habitación. El piso no paraba de crujir fuerte, no se puede descansar, más si vas por trabajo. Lo raro es que te digan que no sabían del ruido y que debe ser estructural. Hasta les pase grabaciones, insoportable.

I travelled with a friend a couple of days and it was great for two people. The room has amenities.
The kitchen is very comfortable, the whole room and beds were clean.
The location is great, there are a lot of stores and a couple of supermarkets near. There are also some museums and a shopping center.
If you want to go out, there are options for restaurantes and bars in the area.
It was easy to collect the property keys when we arrived. Departamentos Lugar gives you a guide from the moment you do the check-in to the check-out. It's a good service.

El departamento es hermoso, súper cómodo y luminoso, y me encantó el balcón con su vista privilegiada al parque sarmiento.
La atención del personal fue excelente, me respondieron con mucha rapidéz cuando los consulteé por diversos motivos.
Solo pequeñísimos detalles como para pomer algo (pero nada importante) la palita para juntar lo barrido no tenía "mango" y esto dificultaba la recolección, y otro detalle es que en booking decía que contaba con una plancha, pero no había...
En fin, cuestiones que no hacen la diferencia, al menos en mi caso, porque sin duda volvería...

La ubicación es excelente, queda todo a mano. La cama es muy cómoda y bien equipada la cocina. El ambiente es agradable y cálido
El aire goteaba hacia adentro y nos mojó unas cosas que dejamos ahí debajo. La canilla del baño perdía agua. Algunas cosas de la instalación necesitan mantenimiento pero aún así funcionan bien

The location
The noise from our neighbors… We were unable to rest well the last night of our stay because our next door neighbors (8A) organized a loudly party (the whole night until 6:00am) even though it was forbidden according to the rules of the property…

The apartment was great. It was huge, well designed and I loved the balcony.
The entire stay was brilliant.
The location is great. You feel safe in the area, there's lots of great shops and restaurants. There is also a launderette downstairs which is handy if you need clothes washed.
The only downside was the weird check in. We went to the address listed on the booking and tried to get in touch with someone who had messaged me a couple of days before but with no luck.
Eventually we realised to go to the office.
Also we asked for an iron but never recieved it.

Hotel was clean and open. People around were eager to help us, our Spanish is minimal. Goggle translate app was very helpful
Amazing hotel, very clean, exceeded our expectations. Too loud at night time. People in the nightclubs party till 5am. My wife couldn't sleep on Saturday night because of that. We are glad people are celebrating and enjoying life but...
