I will bring the wheelchair because my father was stroke thanks for giving the front parking spot the best spot for photoshoot Menara Alor Setar…

The location is great. Simple basic ammenities. fairly clean. room size acceptable.

From basement parking to lobby got no lift. have to climb stairs. a bit of a hassle. got no restaurant for breakfast or in-room dining service. The room GOT NO BAR FRIDGE. maybe i did'nt notice its description. a bit dissapointed because i assumed they might have it with the price.

Nice place with on site parking. Value for money. Great staff that manage to solve my booking issue kudos to her. Nice central heating hot water with cold ac. Lots of pillows

Booked at the last minute & still could get reasonable price.

The rooms was great. Value for money. Location near to Aman Sentral Mall & staff was friendly. Had a very smooth check-in & check-out. Would stay here again. Has free inhouse parking for room guest.

Not totally recommended to others.

The location is good as there was many options of dining for local restaurants and easy access to the mall.

The receptionist was not up to well mannered and there was no quick brief about the room. the room was very dirty with there even dirty towel left inside the room. the toilet water was very dirty and the room floors are very dirty as well. i requested a king size bed but i end up getting a 2 single beds. upon check into the room, i have decided to check out after a 3 hours as i could not stay longer due to unpleasant room smells and dusty floors.

just freaking shemale so fuckup!

Location - was good as near to Town and easy to find food Check in - It was very bad experience. The staff is rude. I don’t know whether she or he but her name is Fifie (Long free hair). At first I request for no deposit as all will be on COD basis. (I’m hotelier and guest has an option to choose COD basis). Furthermore, no minibar, no hair dryer, no iron. Understand as the hotel is budget hotel. But the way she explain with an attitude that hotel still need deposit. After give the deposit, she bang d stapler in front of us. She is not professional at all. Furthermore, her phone on the table with online tiktok which obviously she’s online during work. Room key - After dinner, we back to d rooms and the key card is not working. We go down to reception and ask Fifie to check. She ignore at first. We ask again to check and she replied “where is another card?” With no eyes contact and continue her work. Which we found that is so rude. Can she ask us nicely?? We got the d key after she finish her things. No smiling and we feel not welcome at all. This is not hospitality service. If she has a personal issue, we think she didn’t have to come to work and we didn’t deserve this kind of treatment. Basement Parking : unlimited but to be honest, can improve as the entrance is on your right instead of left. The entrance is so small. .
