Excellent views, would definitely return

The location was amazing, over looked the canal, was close to restaurants and was really spacious. It was fully kitted out for self catering.

The back bedroom was a bit dark, but as I was travelling alone it did not make much difference to me.

No peace and quiet in an empty town due to construction

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms so a good size for 3 people or more.

We had the sound of construction/ jackhammering starting 8 am every day of our stay. In Mallorca, construction is not allowed in the high tourist season, so they work in the off season. The noise was so loud we could not open the windows. I wish the owner should have made clear in the posting. Noise between units is also a problem, I could hear the person below us talking quite clearly. There is nothing open (restaurants, shops) in Cala Figuera in the off season, just one small shop with not a lot of supplies. No restaurants or even people on the streets, the nearest town is Santanyi with any kind of life. I am surprised the apartment has such a high rating, kitchen was minimally set up (no salt/pepper/oil or hand washing soap). Apartment is very humid (there is a dehumidifier running all the time) and the windows are covered in condensation every morning. In my opinion, I would not recommend it in the off season.

Exceptional

Upon arrival we were offered an apartment right above the owner's restaurant. We were amazed by the spaciousness, decoration and location of the apartment. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious, kitchen well equipped although we didn't get to use it much as there were nice restaurants 50 meters aways, out of which L'Arcada had the nicest food. And the view from the big terrace is simply amazing.

An idyllic place to stay!

We loved this apartment and had a great holiday here. The apartment was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and it was clean, comfortable and uncluttered. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. It is in a great, quiet location with a very handy small supermaket just a couple of minutes walk away which is open 8am - 8pm 7 days a week. It sells lovely fresh bread too. Just at the bottom of the street you can jump into the sea at sunrise and climb out using a ladder attached to the rocks! There are some beautiful walks and beaches all around with fantastic snorkelling in clear water.

Exceptional

First time we find better condition and looks then on photos. Very good location near the sea and 2 markets. Comunication with host was super, very easy check in and check out Really recomend it.

If you like to watch TV and screen your devices to TV you should bring net cable to connect TV to internet because TV do not have a wifi.

Appartment very conveniently furnished. The cleaning woman Antonia did an awesome job and hellped us with everything we neederd. Location very good

Outside the appartment, in the street, there was a small fountain with stagnant water where mosquitoes breeded. City council should be requested to empty it.

Excellent apartment. Very close to local shop and about 200m from excellent swimming spot with great visibility for fish. No sand just jumping in off rocks with ladder to use to get out of water. Pretty fishing town.

A fan in each room would have been good as very hot at night.

Perfect

The apartment was really comfortable, it was big and you had a cleaner twice a week. The location was great, Cala Figuera has no beach, what sounds a bad thing, but actually it is very good because the place wasn't busy as other beaches, it was extremely easy to find parking in front of the apartment. Although there is no beaches in there, there are a lot a then really close. The host was great as well, we had no hairdryer in the apartment, but with a phone call, he provided a brand new for us. I really recommend it.

The check-in could be more organized.

Superb

Nice clean apartment, both bedrooms are big enough. Kitchen is well equipped. Towels and bed linen were exchanged every 2 days. Always possible to find parking place around.

Touristic bus parking under the balcony. If bus does not stop the engine (I don't know why) it is not possible to sit in the balcony because of smell and noise. Low wall between our balconies. Looks like our neighbors were heavy smoker, the smell was disturbing.
