The place was easy to find and access, very clean, cosy and comfortable. Location next to place Jourdan with a lot of bars and restaurants close by. But the best was the people. The owners were very charm, friendly and helpful. When I faced an unforseen situation they were flexible to help me out. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Loved the location next to Europa Park like a 10 min walk. Host was extremely courteous and made us feel welcome.

Great location. Fantastic quiet little apartment with original features at ground floor, in a lively and well served part of the city, suitable for a family of three with a pet, with outdoor space. Nice facilities to cater for a short and long term break. Helpful welcoming host , we will be back when visiting Brussels.

Easy access, comfortable bed, spacious room.

We stayed in the duplex room. It was cosy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated with all the basic amenities.
There is no lift in the property so it was a bit difficult to carry all the luggage to the third floor. That was also manageable though and can be ignored.

The neibourhood was nice, not too far from the city center. We really enjoid our stay and next time if we will go to Brussels will definately stay at the Maison de la Lune again.
We could hear the street sounds even if the windows were closed. Running out of the hot water really fast in the shower. Also it was hard to open the front door.

It's been my second time staying here and certainly not the last. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, has a cozy vibe, makes you feel at home. The location is excellent, well-connected. The host, Alexandrine, is really helpful, responsive and flexible. I enjoyed my stay here. Extra thanks to the host's friendly and helpful father who kindly helped with my suitcase on the stairs. :)
I'd recommend installing some stronger lights outside the door on the top floor, making it easier for guests to get in.

good value for money nice and cosy appartment.
I kept hearing a strange noise from somewhere it would not stop and i was not able to sleep, however the owner did offer me a late checkout free of charge to make up for this.

For an aparthotel the staff were very responsive when there was an issue - I couldn't open the front door at 11pm when I first arrived and when I rang them they sorted it within 5minutes.
Room was clean and well stocked (kettle, fridge, glasses, mugs etc.). The bathroom was small but clean and well stocked.
The location was great for the reason I was going but a bit far out if you want to be in the central/Grand Place area. But it is well served by public transport.

Lots of different restaurants within 10 mins walk. Great and very helpful service. Very clean. Big BePark parking in the close vicinity. Fan delivered as the temperature rose higher.
The place was 5 mins walk from my destination, so for me it was perfect. But if one needs to get to the center it would be up to 30 mins walk. Not so bad :)
There is a bus stop in the street just under the window - the busses and loud music from cars stopping at traffic lights were generating a little bit of discomfort as I kept the window open.

I did not get the property I thought I had rented through booking.com, which was disappointing. Also, in my absence they came in and changed things around and removed some items (lamps, chairs) probably to put in other rooms where the occupants complained.

The room was super nice, with a very comfortable bed, and the location was very convenient as we were near the bus stop that was taking us to the metro.
The room was somewhat cold and a bit noisy, but it was manageable.

Nice, little apartment, good location (EP is ~10min by walk). There’s also a fridge and microwave in the room.
Bit noisy, but all in all everything was fine!

Very old fashioned which might be called authentic 😅
On the sofa bed was no head pillow. So I had to use the decoration pillows with a towel.

It was so easy to enter the hotel. We did everything by ourselves easily. The room was not a big one but everything that we need was just there.
