Mountain view from the room AND the bathroom!

Exceptional

I had a wonderful stay; the place is lovely and the staff especially Marco the owner go out of their way to make the stay great. Weather was very hot so recommend the air conditioning rooms!

I would visit this hotel again. Marco, the owner really cares and want's everyone to feel "home".

It's a beautiful spot and the food and drink were delicious. The pool was also great - just outside out door.

There was a slight leak in the shower pan, but it wasn't bad.

Beautiful facilities, service, can improve.

The room was really really nice, decoration was amazing, and confortable bed, the soup was really pretty and a lot of details fron the bed and the property.

1. Received innapropiate comments about my native country from a member of the staff. 2. The breakfast policy is not clear they give you a plate of fruit, coffee and fruit no protein or bakery included, as continental breakfast includes, additional charges Apple if you want something else, this was not mentioned before. 3. Incomplete information about yoga classes.

good location and very nice and professional staff

The sink in our restroom was not evacuating water properly. Also, not comfort related but there was a weird painting on the wall. We also didn’t like the comments from an older gentleman who appeared to be the manager. This is personal preference, but I’d rather be told “have a nice evening” instead of “you look pretty” before going out. One of us booked a massage, the therapist was lovely and very professional, but it is pretty obvious that they are not given good products to work with. The exfoliating massage is basically being exfoliated with coffee, but there is no oil or cream. the showers, soaps and the facilities are not very good quality. The hotel has great staff and location, with better management and some investment to improve the facilities it could become really nice, but this is not going to be a place where I will return or recommend.

A basic hotel with good views and location.

The hotel is in a great location and the pool area is good - amazing views. Nice, healthy included breakfast. The hotel owner was helpful and friendly.

The room was smaller than it looked in photos and the air conditioning unit was poor. While included breakfast was good - juice, coffee and fruit - and additional breakfast items we ordered were tasty, other items were ordered from the menu were very average - would not recommend. It may have been the language barrier but generally staff were not friendly and service in the restaurant was slow/they forgot things. Toiletries provided were poor. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Advertized and extra costing mountain view was a stretch. You could only see them from a specific point in the room.

It was the perfect oasis to come back to after a hot and exhausting day exploring Tepoztlan

My friends and I loved our stay here! Although the hotel is beautiful, the highlight of our stay was the kind staff who made sure our needs were always met and we were having a great time. The small property and limited number of guests also made it feel very intimate, which I loved. Would absolutely return here.

Look no further. This place is everything you need for a trip to Tepoz!

Very close to Centro, very welcoming staff, nice pool, comfortable room and bed. No need for AC in March as temps were cool enough and no mosquitos hence the nets in the pictures. Breakfast was very light and healthy. The place is cared for with love and offers yoga and recommends massage. Neither did we participate in. I would return.

The owner was pleasant and available. Food was very good and the presentation very good

Safety hazard, the steps, stairs some broken not level. The shower drain was slow if not clogged. The parking is not on the premises and there is no office staff until after 9am.

Breakfast was very limited: by default only includes coffee, fruit, juice and one toast, we had to pay extra for omelette and the extra toast as well. Curtains could be better so it covers better the morning light.

One of the best hotels I’ve been!

Staff was really attentive and helpful the whole time. The facilities were clean and close to downtown area. I loved the decorations

the security was too over the top. the gate was allready lockable but we found we couldn’t get in at 2100 one night as the key would not open the gate !
