We were comfortable & very happy, nice atmosphere, trouble free stay. Excellent value for money.

Really nice welcome, and a very friendly host. Good food, cooked breakfast was excellent. The room was a good size, clean, and very warm, (we went in December). Our pets were made very welcome.

Location is ideal for a night out in Dumfries.

The room was very dated, not very clean either. Bedding and towels ok but sink dirty, toilet didnt flush and shower temp was temperamental.

Room was very clean and good value for money, we had an early start so owner offered us a cooked breakfast earlier than usual. Couldn't fault it.

Lovely friendly hotel

Lovely homely atmosphere, very welcoming. Room was spotless & very comfortable. I can’t fault the staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was excellent too!

Owner friendly, run off her feet, overall value for money.

Excellent, only had toast and asked for milky coffee and it was lovely but noticed otber breakfast were v substantial.

A light over sign, v dark night.
