it was 9 in scale of 10

very quite part of village, spacious court with parking always available, nice view from balcony, friendly personnel, good restaurant in 50 meters from house, and others in 25 minutes walk in shopping street restaurant Vrisaky was the best

doors were squeaking, balcony furniture was poor, single remote control unit for two airco units in two rooms

We enjoyed our stay.

The proximity to the beach made our stay exceptional. The sea view is just fabulous from the balcony. The host was welcoming and helpful. He offered us a car for rent and waited for us at the airport even if we were delayed. Our apartment was cleaned once in two days. The location is good for those searching for a peaceful, not very crowded place.

We had to check out until 11 am and our flight was at 9 pm, so we had to wait outside, with no place to stay and feel comfortable. Because of that, our last day was exhausting and frustrating, but these are the rules.

Beautiful apartment close to the see

The apartments were huge, well equipped, cleaned on every third day. The balconies were big, with fantastic sea view. The AC was working perfectly.

Our airplane delayed, but even though I wrote via Booking message, the staff did not know about it. They waited for us, but when we arrived, no one was there. The taxi driver and I are tried to call the staff multiple times for almost an hour until they answered the phone, and told us which apartments are ours.

Amazing place to stay

I appreciated that we could do the check-in earlier than scheduled. The appartment was super clean, light and spacious. The balcony has an amazing view on the ocean. The kitchen was huge, it was cozy, eventhough it was a little old-fashioned, just like the bathroom. We were happy to get our room cleaned regulary. The outdoor shower, parking area and the site itself is beautiful, with lots of plants in a calm neighbourhood. The beach is super close. You can walk to nearby bars and restaurants and to the city of Alikana. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We totally recommend T&M!

The communication via mail was a little toting, still everything worked out fine. The kitchen could get some (new) accessories, while preparing food was sometimes a bit of a challenge with limited cooking equipment. Still the total package was gorgeous. We had the impression, that the bed was squeaking easily.

Value for money :)

The location was perfect for us, as we want to be away from the crowd. You anyway need a car, quad or scooter on the island, so it should not matter. The sea view was perfect and chilling. The room was generally clean and was even bigger than I expected. Kitchen had the basic amenities, so we could even prepare our breakfast in the room. There is a restaurant (Epsilon) in the corner when you arrive, it is also recommended :)

AC was loud, it needs to change for sure. And noisy neighbours, especially the sound from the top rooms was directly in our rooms.

Nice place if you dont mind going out to restaurants for every hot meal.

The apartment had a nice view to the sea. Pretty quiet place, would have been way better if there was basic equipment in the kitchen. The lady who cleaned and arranged the rooms while we were there definitely did a god job.

The kitchen was barely usable, we had an oven but not even a towel to get the hot pan out of it. No basic utilities When we got the apartment it felt like it wasn't properly cleaned. 2-3 days later the cleaning lady did a good job though.

It could be better

The view from the hotel is nice, also the beds were comfy and we liked the kitchen amenities (refrigerator) and bathtub. We also were allowed an earlier check in

Check in felt rushed, host wasn't very welcoming. Told us the rules and left pretty quick after. Didn't always respond to communication via Booking.com. Also the bed had some moldy spots in de parts underneath the matras. The room I had requested months in advance was not made available to us. We got one that had less of a view and tiny balcony. However we made the best out of it, we felt the owner could have been at least more welcoming to make our experience a better one.

Great stay and great host

I can’t begin to explain how nice and helpful Marios was. He really helped us a lot and was a wonderful host. The flat was lovely with a beautiful view on the bay. It was cleaned very often and well maintained. I also can’t believe how cheap it was. What a great stay, will definitely go back
