No privacy bathroom

The bathroom is a glass enclosure with only one door that you cannot lock and has a gap of 1cm. Everyone in the room can see you taking a shower or even worse see you and listening to you pooping. 1 star only because I cannot give zero

Exceptional

Rooms were exceptionally clean.. and bed was so comfortable. Received free bottles of water from reception.. no limit. Shower head was huge and water pressure was excellent.. A free drink each at the bar and 10% off our meals.

Really good option on a budget for a short stay

Great bed, very clean, kind people, free glass of wine!

I like to find tissues. Couldn't watch Netflix because I didn't recall all my passwords, wish tv was more straightforward, that's all. Shower caps are needed for the very high head, and I found the water pressure low. Small issues in an otherwise excellent budget accommodation option.

The whole place was disgusting. Floors had not been vacuumed and the shower had mould all around the base and finger/toe nails and a foul odor. Paying $270 for one night to sleep in filth. Room service times were so inconvenient.

Comfy stay at a good rate.

Location was perfect for M1 to head north quickly instead of navigating streets of Surfers Paradise. Family room option with 2 single beds instead of kids sharing was the icing on the cake for us.

Check-in was confusing as office shut during Saturday afternoon. A customer who had been to the pub was able to tell me where to go upstairs into TAB. Didn’t supply enough towels/bathmat/facecloth.

The bed was Amazing

I had to arrive out of reception hours and advised by the restaurant staff to go around to reception and they would meet me there. I waited almost 20 minutes after several phone calls to remind them I was there. Other than that, everything else was good.
