Superb

Apartment was very well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (even 4 adults can stay). We reached late night but they waited for us and handed over the keys. They were very friendly. I recommend this apartment.

Parking place

It is OK for one person, for one night, but i would not recommend for longer stay, especially for that price. It is very small aparant, with separate beds, no balcony at all, two persons already make a crowd.

Its much smaller then it looks on the pictures u can barely move around and there was no toilet paper in the studio.

Sea, shop 250m.

Terrible renter (absolutely no customer behavior, no greetings), terrible equipment (no wifi - even declared that facility has got one one, half a equipment broken - bathtube no water, AC halffunctional + dirty... Just collection of money, tragical service for whole my family NEVER MORE this - I say this after beeing in Croatia more than 15 times Bunch of lies in reaction - wifi, water, AC...no comment : ) Potential guests...can filter booking evalution in 2021, all the same, terrible at all. Dear renter, teach yourself to greet guests at least when arrive, thats the point of guesting people. You have totally tragicomic attitude. Thats all. Enjoy your money for this.

Close enough to Split and 3 mins away from the nearest beach. Nice little castle-like structure in the sea nearby. Parking is free, big and just outside see building.

Living room is a bit dated but we did not need to use it. It can get quite hot on the top floor there is ac but only in the living room/kitchen. But overall it's alright, you just need to leave the bedroom door open.

Superb

The hosts, were so friendly and even surprised us with two delicious home cooked meals during week. Great for accessing the marina.

Shame we didn’t have a balcony.

I can recommend it for yachtsmen, for family holiday I prefer to stay closer to the beach.

The house is located just behind the marina Kaštela so it is fine for people who want to stay couple days before or after sailing. We had spacious apartment, clean and perfect furnished, the sea view from the terrace is beautiful. Not very far from the house is large Konzum and Lidl. Close are also some good restaurants.

The owner doesn´t speak any foreign language, her English was extremely poor. The beach is quite far from accomodation, at least 10 minutes walking.
