We had a phenomenal time at Green Park. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, as was lunch and dinner. All of the staff at the restaurant were helpful and Prashant was fantastic!
The hotel has lots of safari options available which are reasonably priced, frequent and incredible. The guides who work for the hotel are extremely knowledgeable which made the safari experience really interesting.
I would recommend Green Park to anyone visiting Chitwan. It truly was a fantastic place to stay where we could relax and experience some awesome nature.

Had a really wonderful stay here- room was spacious and comfy! Great shower and a/c! Staff were so helpful and friendly! Good location!

Spacious lovely rooms and great food.
Pool area looked amazing.
Beds were rather hard.

great haven away from the hustle of the town.
lots of choice of a la carte meals. Meals were well cooked and exceptional great value for money and wine not too pricey. restaurant manager very friendly.
Only 2 umbrellas at the pool area and 8 well worn loungers, there should be more loungers and umbrellas to shade at the pool. Staff should check towel supply at the pool, they ran out a couple of times.

facilities including water pressure&temperature, bedding, moods, the restaurant and the pool were totally great and cost effective.
more over, every staff there were totally kind and nice. they were always on smile whenever i come across. especially i thank the operation manager for helping me when i struggled to get bus tickets😂 even after i check-out, he helped me. i really appreciate that. i will definitely come again when i have a chance to come to sauraha again!
many mosquitos outside of the room. need to be aware of it and be careful. it’s the region matter rather the resort

Good room and bathroom
A bit loud from other guests

Very clean and gardens well kept. Staff very friendly and accommodating, especially our safari guide, Robbie, who was excellent.
Bed to hard, water was not always hot, and unfortunately a wedding next door so we had 30 hours of very loud traditional music.
4.5
The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom and shower were modern and exceeded my expectations.
The staff was very helpful in arranging many activities and the safari to the park. The guide was very attentive too.
Food. There aren’t many options. Breakfast is not up to the level of a 5 start hotel. The buffet dinner and the a la carte menu were relatively expensive and there’s room for improvement.
There is no restaurant in the hotel area, so the hotel restaurant is the only option unless you go to the centre.
2.5
Nice rooms, polite staff, nice garden and pool
No proper coffee at breakfast, room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay even though we asked for it on day two and gave the key to the reception from 12-17 p.m. They helped us book bus to Pokhara but claimed that Baba adventures did not operate on that route and instead booked us on a inferior bus service with endless stops and very old vehicle.

Great room (honeymoon suites) with big balconies to relax in. Also had an excellent pool and the staff were very accommodating to any requests.
The buffet style food was ok but quite expensive if you’re not on all inclusive rates

PROS:
- The dining room and staff are excellent! The dining manager (Mr. Suvedi) provides exemplary service!
- The grounds are very nice and create a natural atmosphere.
- We requested that a beautiful spider and its web not be destroyed (as it was the day after we discovered it), and the staff left it undisturbed. This was excellent service to the guests!
- The food in the restaurant for breakfast and off the menu was very good.
- Swimming pool was very nice - very big and kept clean.
- Our guide for the canoe trip and both jeep safaris (Kishan Tamang) was GREAT! Looked out for our safety (always #1 in importance) and knowledgable about all things in the natural world here. Highly recommended!
- The general manager's demeanor is often loud. It is a tranquil place that can be interrupted by a yelling manager.
- Requests and questions often had to be repeated because they were not acted upon.
- The room had issues with the TV reception and volume. It took two visits by staff to get it working properly. It was still tricky and we never learned how to turn off the TV, just the cable.
- The property claims to embrace green practices, but they rely heavily on bottled water, even though they have filtered water in the restaurant. They should phase out PLASTIC BOTTLES!!!!!!!
- The area right outside of the property is full of litter. Why not clean it up?! It's a poor reflection of Green Park.
- They advertised they have bicycles online, but the rental place is several kilometers in town. That's false information that they NEED to remove! I walked around and asked locals and rented 2 of their bikes so my wife and I could ride around. Green Park told us to hire a tuk-tuk to go into town, rent bikes there, ride them back to the Green Park area, then ride them back into town to return them, and then hire another tuk-tuk to get back to Green Park! Told them that was outrageous.

Absolutely loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat! The photos don't do it justice. It feels like a balinese style villa and the surrounding gardens are so tranquil. It's very clean and the bathrooms are really modern for the area. The staff are fantastic. The food at the restaurant is great. We can't wait to come back!
Loved everything!

I took the booking.com upgrade to the honeymoon suite as a surprise for my husband as we have been married 30 years, just expecting it to be bigger, and we were amazed at the flowered and the beautiful set up of the towels on the bed in a heart shape. It was a lovely surprise and we have a nice romantic photo.
Lots of hot water, very comfortable bed, fruit in the room, excellent customer service, and it was very easy to pay by international card.
It was very quiet, it's always nice when there are lots of guests to talk to - but this is quiet time and with covid is worse. I thought the children's play area looked as if it could do with a bit of tidying up.
Also - Swimming pool was too cold even for an english person to consider swimming in - but it is January and not very warm every day and cold at night , so it is understandable, it must be hot enough for all the rest of the year.

very nice room, bathroom. very helpful staff!
breakfast did not have so many options, but could be because of covid restrictions..

location
It is mentioned that the hotel is 5 star but there is no facilities of a 5 star hotel. Does not match the 5 star hotel’s standard. Before I had other experiences of 5 star hotels.
