Awesome!!

Great location. Close to Buckingham Palace. We had a studio. It has a full kitchen with dishes. Bed was a little small. The width of an American full size but the length of a queen.

it is nice and close to Mayfair and Buckingham Palace

I was told I may be able to have a little earlier check in when I booked as was travelling from Australia but the lady that checked me in didn’t even check if the room was ready and just told me to come back at 3pm.

Fantastic location near Buckingham Palace - home away from home :-)

Location was amazing. Right by Green Park and then only 700 metres to Buckingham Palace!! Green Park station just a 5 minute walk away which was easy to get back to Heathrow. Had a little kitchen, fridge and all the cooking gear. Table and chairs and the bed folded up into the wall, so you could have more space during the day. Very helpful staff who assisted with luggage up to the apartment and then we stored in reception until we left in the afternoon. Would love to stay and will try and rebook in the summer. Perfect spot to stay. My London friends were amazed at the location and price!!

The location is great, next to a grocery store, a pharmacy, and even a salon..and close to most of the tourist places.

To be honest, the elevator is very slow, maybe it's old and needs maintenance or change.

I had booked for 14 nights and ended up checking out 1st night itself. they failed to give the refund too.

Cozy, well located and clean!

very cozy, clean, big space, well located and well cleaned twice or three time per week.

if you’re sensible to light or noise, (not so much but sometimes I could wake) can be a bit disturbing. I bought a mask and hear protection.

Perfect

The gentleman at check in was so helpful and thoughtful. The room was beautiful, clean with everything that we could have wanted. Small kitchen with everything that you could need. Shower was powerful. Linen and towels were beautiful. Two minute walk from Green Park. Lots of beautiful restaurants just a minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, friendly place for few days.

Great location, nice staff, aircon, lift. Studio is suitable for few days. the kitchen is separated, which is good.

i had to pay security deposit and i was not informed about this before i book the place. if you have any delivery, you must to go down and pick it up cause there is no intercom.

Comfy Apartment in a very strategic location

The location of the flat was very strategic and central. It is walking distance away from everything East and West. My stay was overall very comfortable - 11 nights, 12 days. Would definitely stay there again as the apartment was overall comfy to stay in and the staff were VERY friendly and offered all types of support/hospitality services - felt like I was at home while staying with them.

Staff were helpful, although I didn’t understand the deposit concept with how they take it as they basically put a pending transaction on your card and they can’t take it instantly off apparently it’s takes 2-3 days to remove, I hope this is the case as I don’t fancy having a deposit taken that was suppose to be returned Hopefully I receive this deposit back that was put on my card :)

London before Christmas

The location is perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (but note that the fridge is tiny). The ambiance was chilled, not noisy at all.

The temperature inside the bathroom was freezing. Very uncomfortable. And the water pressure from the shower was terribly feeble.
