An opulent and fun place to stay, it has everything. And it's clean & close to the beach and shops.

We really enjoyed this opulent home. It's spacious, clean, close to the beach and shops, has an outdoor garden, balconies, and a fabulous indoor spa.

Key ring on key maybe is the only thing I can say, because I accidently left the wrong upon check-out. My mistake, but the host was very understanding.

Pretty disappointed

The location was good and the house was spacious.

On day number 2 of 4 of our stay the electricity kept tripping which resulted in us not having any AC. It was a rather hot day and was definitely not comfortable. After contacting the property owner we were told that she couldn't get an electrician out. We ended up leaving on day 2 of our 4 day trip. We were not refunded anything just an offer for free accommodation in the future and no response to our email requesting a refund either.

Exceptional

The house was exceptionally clean and impressive in appearance. Situated on a quiet street, far from the main street road, it is still closed enough (walking distance) to the beach. All rooms big and the beds very comfy. The main bedroom is a masterpiece and has a balcony perfect for the morning coffee.

There is nothing negative about this accomodation.

The house was very clean. The house is huge feels like a mansion. Location was excellent close to shops, end of street Macca's and KFC. Subway around the corner. Beach walking distance. Tina was absolutely amazing, caring and easily reached. Thank you

Great place so close to the beach perfect for large groups.

The house is massive, accommodates a big group, has all the necessities. So close to shops and beautiful beach. Tina was always lovely and helpful over the phone.

Having to bring own linen and towels, especially if coming from interstate or far place with large group, made life difficult. Not having instructions for oven and stove top.

A nice spacious house that's big enough for a bigger group gathering, but fairly basic.

The location was great, although perhaps not quite as close to the beach as we had hoped - walking all the kids down the hill was too far so we ended up driving. The house was spacious and clean, the hosts were very nice, and the little back garden was a nice spot to sit outside.

The mattresses were all pretty old, saggy, and uncomfortable. The lack of sleep is unfortunately enough to put me off staying there again. The bed linens could really do with being updated, and it would be great if towels were provided as it's a pain trying to fit them into the suitcases. Also, the stairs are very un-child-friendly - i highly recommend the owners adding the option of some child gates to avoid serious injury.

We could accommodate all our family in one place,

Last minute notification that we had to bring all our linen l was already on the road. But it was rectified by owner. Late check in 4pm and difficulty getting a firm answer to an earlier check in, 2pm. We eventually got in at 3pm. Bins were full when we got there and we had to dispose our rubbish elsewhere or get a $250 fine?

Great place, little problems

Very big and spacious, we all enjoyed ouselfs. Beds were comfy and overall great feel.

The spa jets don't work which was annoying at the time. Some lights kept flickering and no xbox. Other than that awesome stay and would recommend!

stayed here two nights for work and was very pleased, spacious very good location with nearby gyms and food restaurants. Very good value for money.

Overall satisfied

Great Location. Walking distance to beach! Stores and restaurants are close by. There is also a bit of ocean view from the balcony of main bedroom.

The house is quite aged and not very clean, but given the size of the house, it's still within acceptable range. The biggest downside is we had to bring own linen, very inconvenient. Would suggest to include them as part of the service/rates.

Run down Nothing supplied, not even tea, coffee or uht milk. Cleaner arrived bang on 10 am for exit clean! Pricey - not value for money

We had a fantastic group of friends and we made the most of the break.

Spacious house with quality fittings/appliances.

Considering they had quality appliances, there were no instructions of how to use the oven. Also had issues lighting the cooktop at the beginning. Shower doors not closing properly so rest of bathroom gets wet.
