Die Lage ist super und das Apartment hat alles was man braucht . Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut.
Ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre gut . Wir haben den Würfeltisch aus dem Wohnraum nach draußen gestellt.

Great location at 2' from the bikepark

Location is great for a getaway in the Winterberg area.
The rooms are noisy. You can hear anyone laughing, walking or cooking water in another apartment.

The location next to the slopes was very easy.
Bed mattress and pillows were horrible.
We didn’t have bed linens for the pull-out bed.

Location, really close to the skiing area! Place is quite large
Noise of the main door/entrance.

Everything was in order and clean, all the facilities we're there, it was clean. The location was good and the staff was friendly.
The door to the apartment wouldn't close without the lock, even when the door was closed it would let a draft through, the heating wouldn't really go on causing the apartment to be fairly cold.
Also our downstairs neighbours had loud music on from 17:30 until 03:30 when we finally decided to call the hotel owner. The person showing us the apartment noticed this but did not come back to check if they followed the rules.
Also the shower drain barely functioned making the shower an absolute mess after a single shower.

Big and clean place, great value for money
would have loved to have a washing machine after a MTB ride in the dirt :)

Nice location, close to a lift. We only spend an night, delivery of the keys was easier and the lady was really friendly, she adviced where to order food, as with 4 childre we did not feel like cooking and going to a restaurant with exhausted children was out of the question.
My children missed some toys (face palm!) and the shower was a little bit small (for such a big bathroom). Also no blinds on the windows, not a problem this time, but if light disturb you and you want to sleep in, take this into account.

Our apartment was bigger than expected! Two separate rooms with a very nice bed. A third (double) bed in the sofa was also very comfy. The living room is big enough and cosy. We had every kitchen utensil we needed and the two bathrooms were perfect for a quick shower after a ski day. The apartment is located across from the Bremberg chairlift which brings to immediately into the Skiliftkarussel ski area. Also across the street is a place where you can rent ski and snowboard equipment. The lady who welcomed us is very friendly and gave us good advice about the ski area, communication went smoothly.
The pillows are a bit flat.

The property is, clean, warm and most important near by the ski lift. The owner and the landlady are really nice, we arrived late in the night (around 22:00) and there was someone waiting to give us the key. Also there is a possibility for late checkout.

The apartment is big, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. Very close to the bike park.
Payment was by cash, and no information on given on booking about that. Our messages were not answered (by email). The lady owner was helpful but could not speak English. Our apartment was on the ground floor, we could hear all the noise from upstairs. The bathroom was clean but had a smell. No toaster at the kitchen.

Convenient location, comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen (plenty of plates/glasses etc).
There were a few small maintenance repairs that could do with being tackled. Wifi not very strong.
