Die zentrale Lage
Unprofessioneles Personal überall.
Empfang, Restaurant.

Beste Lage direkt an St. Martin in SHA City
Runtergekommenes Interieur, nicht sauber, unmotiviertes Personal, abgegessenes Frühstücksbuffet. Ingesamt wirkt das Hotel vollkommen führungslos!
3.5

No Aircondition

Location was excellent in the city center. Room was very spacious.
A few extra pillows would have been nice.

Location is amazing.
No aircon which is a nightmare during hot days and opening the windows not a option given the church Bella ringing on the hour.

Good location in the centre of lovely town, parking good. breakfast was good, the shower worked well. nice size room.
We visited when it was hot the the room was extremely hot had to open all windows all night to get it a bit cooler, interior was dated the confused in its styling, but everything worked

THE BEST. Exactly what we were looking for when visiting Schwäbisch Hall.
Upon arrival, we asked for water. We were exhausted after traveling for 28 hours: three planes, two trains. Finally walked from the train station to the hotel on a very warm day in a town where everything is uphill or downhill.
We were not two young people backpacking. We were an older married couple arriving to a full service hotel. My wife was very tired and thirsty.
We simply asked for: 'water'. Which I would think should not be an outrageous request or unreasonable in most places.
We even offered to buy the 'water', because we know in Germany they do not use office water fountains.
We were told there would be 'water' in the room if we chose to use the mini bar fridge. That type of dismissive service was not in parallel with the beauty of the hotel, the area, the decoration, the dinning experience. We could not understand how a tired traveler simply asking for 'water' could be told, basically: once you check in, get to your room, get your luggage set, then fetch your own water in your room.

Staff friendliness and location
Room size was "limited"

The location was excellent, the Christmas market was literally on the doorstep! Plus being centrally in the town made it perfect for walking around.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

The pillows!
4.0
Great location for visiting the Christmas market - 20 feet away! Covered parking was available across the street. It was nice to come out in a snow storm and not have to clean the car off. Our room was clean and comfortable and an elevator to use between floors. Once we got service, our breakfast was very good.
We waited for over 10 minutes to be greeted at the restaurant for dinner and finally started to walk out when someone appeared. By then, we just left. At breakfast, it was rather confusing and slow service again. We did get served after a while, and we were the only people in there! They need to work on their attention to customer service! The front desk at check in was great!

Good location, friendly staff.
The room hade som wear and tear, still fully functional. A refreshmet of the interior would match the price.

it was very hot and the hotel didn’t have air conditioning. In autum, winter I would love to stay again but in sommer I may find another hotel

Location ans breakfast were very good.
close to downtown, noisy due to the road in front of the hotel.
Bed cushion too thin. Would have been nice to have 2.

Good breakfast. Big room. Good towels and bed.
Very old elevator with a specific sound when moving, blinking light in the shower.
3.0
Location.
The pictures don't really match the reality of the rooms.
