Good facilities to keep you occupied at the hostel with OK breakfast and all day beverages included, staffing is adequate.
Rooms too basic and cold. Be careful to agree on paying for extra excursions with their partner travel agents, they do not meet the standards that they say - I had a nightmare experience going to Machu Picchu with them.

The view was amazing from the hostel and the location was perfect
We got electrocuted from the shower
4.1
Very good value for the price.
The room was a bit cold.
4.1
It is located away from hustle and bustle of the city centre, yet close enough to it.
4.1
The beds were soft and the breakfast was good.
The wifi didn't work the entire time I was there. I had to wait an hour for someone to open the door at checkin because there is nobody at reception in the afternoon unless you request the exact time you are arriving. I had to wait outside in the rain with my luggage because there is nobody working there in the day time and no other neighboring accomodation will open the door.

This hostel is a more of a hotel than the hostel. It has private rooms, with private bathroom. It is very clean, and spacious, with a great view of the city, and fast internet. The breakfasts are good and the staff is friendly.
The staff doesn't allow to use kitchen, however the refrigerator is allowed to use. Having kitchen available would be a definitive plus.

Loved the facilities, they had a pool table and a Foosball table. They provided a heater in our room because it was very cold at night.
The water was very touchy, it was either too hot or too cold and the coverage from the shower head was not the best. Also there was no key for the front door, but there was always someone there to open it for us when we rang the bell.
4.1
The staff was very helpful with everything I needed and very friendly. Also I paid only 10 € per night in a private room with private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I liked having a lot of plugs to charge phones and computer.

All of the staff helped with anything you needed

Nice room, additional electric heater ... Very good price with genius 👍 ... View from the hostel over the city is fantastic 😍
It's a hostel for backpackers, keep that in mind 😊

View. Tea and coffee all day.. nice building with good layout. Cheap price for bed and small breakfast
No hot water for shower for entirity of 4 day stay.
Rooms very sparse. No hooks for hanging clothes , no mirror.. could easily add a few things to make double rooms more comfortable. Has the potential to be a super hostel.

Everything was great, the hostel is very quiet, is nice for relaxing, because is about 15 minutes from the Main Square of Cusco. Kliebert also help me with the local tours, and I could paid with credit card.
There one someone on the staff named Marco, his attention could be better, because he told me that he didnt´know about the tours, and sometimes he didn't even say hello. The communication between him and the staff could improve too.

The location is great with the view. Inside the hostel is spacious and has lots of common areas to sit back on a couch and enjoy the view. The staff speak good English and are very helpful with bookings and advice. They helped me to book a Machu Picchu tour and save like $200. Plus the trip itself was remarkable.
The place can get a bit chilly in the evening. No breakfast was provided at 6.30 as was promised. Might be due to low season

Location was perfect for what we wanted to do and for our Machu Picchu trek company. Well kept place, daily cleaning and breakfast + cocoa tea and coffee available for free in lobby to cope with altitude.
We were told En-suite which wasn’t true, Wi-Fi extensions to each floor were abysmal, pretty much non-existent only really worked in the main lobby. Showers and toilet were awful, sometimes with no water at all. Whilst this was partially due to the lack of water, other hostels had no similar issues and when the water was “on” the shower was only one single stream of freezing water.
Staff were ok, but on our final day, reception seemed very aggressive towards us after requesting a taxi (which they offered upon arrival) to get our bus.

cleanliness, staff help all the time, hot water all day. quiet place if you want to rest after a trek to salkantay.
nothing all good

Clean room
Hot drinks always available
Nice common areas and nice view
Room was cold
Common area not used much, it is a very quiet hostel
Shower a bit tricky to use, but staff will show you how to do.

Really great view of the city and private room. Staff were helpful in booking tours. Good breakfast.
Bathrooms have sewer gas leaking and the sewer smells fills the entire room. I had to switch to a different hotel because the sewer gas smell was making me sick. Water is shut off at 10pm in this part of the city. The shower head will also give an electric shock you touch it...
Management did not give me a refund for the days I didn't stay there due to feeling sick from sewer gas.

Bom Hostel, café da manhã bem gostoso.
a localização era um pouco fora do que imaginava, meio vazio e fora do centrinho histórico, mas não longe

This hostel is the best value for money. Great views and breakfast
Nothing really
4.1
great view from the common areas, delicious breakfast, great roof terrace, nice spacious rooms, ladies who prepared the breakfast were really nice and friendly, rooms got cleaned daily
some of the staff was unfriendly, no opportunity to use the kitchen, often no water available (general problem in Cusco)
4.1
excellent facilities with table tennis, football table, free tea&coffee 24/7. nice views of Cusco. rooms were surprisingly warm with plenty of blanket. staff were helpful.
the shower was a bit of a dribble if hot. fine if cold. bedding was extremely heavy and difficult to move under (some people may like that but just not for us). bathroom smelt of drains.

The hostel is really nice, the view from the terrace is incredible.

very good hostel, the staff are amazing. Kliebert helped me a lot with the tours.

Enjoyed my stay at Cuscopackers and even extended to do more trips from Cusco. The hostel itself is about a 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas, so it felt out the way of the noise/bustle of central Cusco (it’s uphill on the way back though, to warn anyway who might be suffering with the altitude but worth it for the hostel’s great views over the city). My room was clean and comfortable, daily housekeeping is also offered. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even when I had to wake them for early excursions! I thought the free tea and coffee was a nice touch, too. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, or you can use the computer in the common area.
Breakfast was nice, but lacking in variety.

Staff was very helpful. With a taxi, tips, advices.
I could check in sooner, leave a bag for free for couple of days.
There was a small heater in the room (which is needed).
You could close the windows (which is not normal in other hostels in Cusco).
Free tea and coffee all the time. Coca leaves for the tea!!! Love it.
Location is a bit up to the hill. Its still 10-15min walk from the main square, but its not totally in the center.

The stuff was highly helpful - especially Sumer. I arrive late and they facilite me a taxi from the airport it's a little bit more expensive than taking a taxi by yourself but if you'll arrive late like me it's way more comfortable through this way. The location is good like 15 mins from center by walking. The recepcionist Sumer helped me and other guests about everything; buying simcard, Machu Picchu arrival, city tours etc. He makes you comfortable in all time of your journey. I had a short trip so my time was very limited, with Sumer everything went on time and they facilite the trasnportation from hotel to the monuments so it was an amazing oportunity. Also you have your own room with private bathroom and everything; price-quality rate is high as I can say.
The room was cold. Cusco is a night-cold city, so I think they need to improve their heating systems.

the view is amazing, free tea and coffee all day, friendly staff.
Bed was very uncomfortable
