Perfect and reaxing place.People that work there make it very special vacation.
Nothing that can be better! Great stay !

The facilities were excellent and everything was clean and well cared for. Very interested and beautiful.
The overall management was NOT of international standard. Staff members were rude to my Chinese friend, they were clearly inexperienced and untrained. The overall English ability was very low. I felt like I was bothering them whenever I asked for something. The staff at the spa rudely demanded a tip from me. When she made a mistake with the card machine, the staff member rudely told me it was because my card had no money on it. The food was good, the buffet was excellent, but there are very few vegetarian options on the menu and the restaurant staff were very inflexible about making some small changes. Restaurant staff rolled their eyes when we asked to be seated in a quieter section.

We enjoyed the mud bath and hotspring pools the most.
The rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. You can clearly hear the people in the other rooms.

Overall, the hotel room was comfy, clean, and modern, well kept.
The concept of hot spring was unique and worth for a try.
Private onsen very relaxing
- we got food poising after having breakfast buffet at the Zest restaurant ( we doubt must be the yogurt as both of us had them). Due to the place is pretty far from the closest pharmacy, we asked for medication to ease the pain, discomfort and we had to wait 45 mins to have someone came and gave us medicine.
- the food was just average, nothing really interesting. So many times I notice there was no separate place to put ice tong after using. People just put them back which is really gross to me and the servers think it would be fine to be like that.
- the price at Lily cafe and the 82 degrees cafe are extremely overpriced for what we got ( Cold spaghetti for 160k & 220k for a very small seafood pizza - the one you can easily get from the frozen pizza for one person section). One of the staff in the kitchen in the 82 degrees had no hair cap covered his hair, no washing his hand after touching his face, his nose and his hair by his barehand, was chewing something in the kitchen while cooking and no gloves during his cooking which to me is extremely unsanitized.
- no soundproof room, you can clearly heard noise from next door room ( we made 2 complaint for 6:00 am loud music from next door).

Beautiful luxury facility at a unique hot spring in Vietnam
While the property is beautiful, every guest should talk to the local about the history of this place before Novaworld group bought it. Before 2022 the price was 600000 vnd ($25 usd) before 4pm and 400000 vnd ($16 usd) 4pm-6pm, inclusive of EVERY POOL AND ONSEN upstairs. Now Novaworld splits access into service packages for almost 2 MILLION vnd ($80 usd), while the entrance fee alone is 860000 vnd ($35 usd). Binh Chau used to be an affordable spot for the local and now these new investors are pumping the price for more money but less services. Vietnam is already a country with huge income gap. I don't care if this is a luxury resort. It is SO DISRESPECTFUL to see many local walked away because of the change.

Liked the side door to the bathroom from the outdoor bath. Plenty of towels ☺️
There was a spider in the Villa I stayed in.

pools, restaurants
after going to several 5 stars hotel in 6 weeks straight, this hotel has been the most complicated check-in process. we have to provide from national ID, our house legal paperwork, child birth. it is as complicated as we are going to police. the hotel room is small, feel old.even after check in, the staff keep call us for paperwork because the pictures they took was blurry, we were hardly able to enjoy the trip. the facility is nice in general, but service need to change 100%. we feel like we are entering a grandma house, not even feel like having our own space in our vacation

Nice hot springs and pool. The second floor rooms are modern and much better
Not every staff is nice. Some are arrogant. The room on the 1st floor is old, really old and smell bad.

Good place for kids (below 10)
room was small, foods and services of restaurant are very poor

Natural enviroment, big walking space, many activities to do, fresh air.
Many mosquitoes, the room is quite small, fire alarm that blink all night which is difficult to sleep.

Our family's favorite place

Scenery, cleanliness and food.
The check-in process was hurried. We understand about the check-in time butand that we had to wait 4 hours for our room to be ready but they could've had something prepared to tell us what we could do as we waited.

Booked a villa with small pool it was really nice.
Very clean but a few odd things line having to ask for the pool shower to be switched on this had to be done remotely I think health and safety due to hot spring water though
staff need a bit more training they contradicted each other many times but always super friendly and helpful
