la posizione dell'alloggio è eccezionale. Alberto, l'host, è un valore aggiunto.

The breakfast was amazing. Albert served us privately himself. We had freshly made coffee, cooked eggs, sliced ham, cheese, fruit, and more! Albert was a gracious host; helpful and friendly but also gave you privacy if you didn't need anything. The room was lovely with a garden view. Towels and everything were of a good standard. All comfortable and clean.
The only two issues were that the beds were a little creaky, and the curtains were quite thin so let a lot of light in. These are only really issues if you're a bit of a light sleeper.

Albertino is a very friendly host who personally takes care of his guests. Breakfast was also very good, we even got fresh eggs. The room was decorated tastefully, perfect clean with a big bathroom. We can only recommend this place.
Nothing.

We spent two days in the lovely room. Everything it’s just as perfect as we expected. The best part is the homemade breakfast. It was a fantastic experience! Highly recommend it to everyone!

Albertino looked after us very well and had many good suggestions for our stay. Location is hard to beat, parking a bonus and in a quiet area. Some very good restaurants close by and a varied continental breakfast keep all happy.

Super breakfast

Good sized room in the city centre.
The owner was not aware of my booking when I arrived which was an awkward first impression.
I felt that I was being a nuisance by asking to leave my bag at the premises before check-in.
I did not receive any recommendations for the city.
The breakfast selection was below average.

We arrived earlier than the agreed upon check-in time for our reserved room, but Alberto was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the room, and he gave us a most important advice for our ensuing visit of Venice, for which we were also able to reserve/prepay a private 45-min. GONDOLA TOUR. Rather than taking our private car for the trip from Pavova to Venice, we booked a round-trip train ride from the central station in Pavova to the St. Lucia train station of Venice, and we actually paid less (€8.90/person) than we would have paid just for parking the car at one of the limited parking places that is available right after crossing the "bridge" when entering Venice. The trains are operating about every 20 minutes, and they travel a lot faster (about 25 min one way) than you would be able to do with a private car, given the highway speed limit for Italy (130 km/hr), and the usual traffic congestion for cars going in and out of Venice at almost any time of the day.
There is no free public parking in the vicinity of the guest-house entrance, but you may park the car opposite of the guest-house entrance for a modest fee of only €10/day. The parking spaces there are, however, not marked, and I happened to have used a parking slot which was used by another occupant of the building close to the enclosed parking area, so that I had to re-park my car in the morning.
Alberto also prepared the breakfast for us, and I want to express my gratitude for really trying hard to please his guests.
There is also a small built-in refrigerator available for cooling a one liter bottle. Alberto offered us a bottle with a cooled alcoholic drink, which he kindly replaced with a mineral-water bottle, after we told him that we are passionate non-alcoholic consumers.....We used it to cool our directly-pressed orange juice, purchased from a Lidl store in Padova..
Given the fact that lots of international guests are visiting the comfortable guest house, it would perhaps be nice to be able to watch international news programs on TV (like CNN).

Alberto is a very fine host. Lovely breakfasts in his charming kitchen.
He even gave us his parking place to simplify our lives.

Beautiful old building, the rooms were full of character and lovely furniture yet the bathrooms were modern and extremely well appointed. A perfect combination! The host was lovely, he helped us with parking (easy, just opposite the building), gave us great recommendations for local food and cooked a wonderful breakfast for us. We felt very welcome and lucky to have such a great, central, base for exploring the city.
Nothing at all to complain about, a great stay.

The atmosphere and location are perfect. We were welcomed personally by the owner and loved the house and surrounding, breakfast and unique furniture. It felt like ‘coming home’.

Very nice and special place in Center of Padua, additionally with parking lot in place. Breakfast fresh and really good prepared by Albertino himself.

A true treasure, we were staying at the garden room. Big room, sunny and airy with matched antique furniture.
Extremely quiet, private parking (in enclosure) opposite.
Breakfast is unbeatable!
Thank you, Alberto, we will be back!

Beautiful room, very clean, fantastic location, walking distance to the city centre, super friendly host and owner – very good service, cool bikes to use for the guests included in the price, amazing breakfast in a beautiful space prepared by the owner. The beautiful house has been in the family for generations. Padova is a beautiful and very cosy city. A university city, people are biking around, good restaurants, good vibe – both historical and modern at the same time. All in all perfect. We would love to come back.

What a brilliant find! Right in the centre of beautiful Padova, but quiet too. The owner is charming and we really felt as if we were not paying guests. The decor was very tasteful and we had an excellent night's sleep (with a QUIET) air conditioning system (unlike our previous two nights in Trieste). Breakfast was so enjoyable, with our host chatting to us and showing reviews left by other guests. We would definitely return.
We liked everything! It was only a pity that we could stay just one night!
