For the price and purpose of my trip it was ok. I wouldn’t book again.

The hotel and pool was clean enough, the rooms are a reasonable rate and a/c was good.

I was told breakfast starts at 7am, on day two it hadn’t started at 8am, I had to go on my day tour and grab some food when I could. The location isn’t great, I was unsure as it was my first time to Bali but you can’t even particularly walk anywhere from the hotel nor is there anything to do nearby. The shower only has cold water - I don’t know if this is normal in Bali and I appreciate it’s hot most of the time but in an a/c room or in the night/morning it’s nice to have at least a luke warm shower.

It was perfect and very enjoyable, Very comfortable. the staff were very nice and freindly.

The stay at Omatha Village was excellent, the room was perfect and was cleaned on a daily basis. the bed was very comfortable and the room was very ample. The staff were really great and helpful. Lots of help always from the staff.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic food and room service.

Far from any restaurant or leisure area. Breakfast not included in our standard option. But it wasn't a big deal.

Nice that they had somebikes to rent for 75K a day. Our room had even a small kitchen and fridge.

I did not stay in the presented accommodation. I booked other accommodation via Bookings.com

TBH Nothing

There were 3 annexes to the establishment. At no stage did it mention this. The pool was not close to the accommodation. The room was not prepared for my arrival, No cooking utensils, No gas bottle. cobwebs throughout the bathroom. I did not stay my booked period. not even 1 night. I booked out within 2 hours of my arrival. The staff stated. Contact Bookings.com. I found the staff to be aloof, to the point of a bit arrogant.

Great location. Custom breakfast option for vegetarian. Good communication with the staff. Clean room, nice location. 15 min walk from ATM and other restaurants (30 mins for something vegan that we found).

worst stay in Bali over our three week visit

honestly stay away from this place. we had an issue that the beds were wet with piss and they sent someone to iron the bed so the apartment smelled like hot piss. when we asked to get moved to a different room we were told none were available but if we wanted to pay more then one is available, a SCAM! the attitude towards us was awful the staff kept laughing at us. the receptionist told us that the manager would be with us shortly, no one came for over an hour so we had to leave to find other accommodation. we asked for a refund and we’re not given any help with this request so I’ve had to contact booking.com for help and no reply yet. ruined the end of our holiday in Bali. stay away from this place and save your money.

Lovely staff! The hotel is very nicely located in the middle of Denpasar, while still being very quiet. Nice pool.

Shower turns cold after 10minutes, so when two people want to shower this is inconvenient.

very calm Place, looks like a little paradise. Bed are super comfy, room is clean. Turah the manager is a great person who helps you with all you need.

there are no drinks to find in the villa like water or coke. you can order it and then it comes from outside. it would be nice having this on spot.

The place was amazing. The staff were very helpful and polite. It is at the heart of bali so travelling is easy. The vibe there is exceptional. There is a small cafe nearby where you can get your food.

Very good

Pool is gorgeous, just like in photos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Area is kept clean and tidy. You have your own kitchen and staff can provide kitchenware. WiFi isn’t great, but I had no issues working and having calls with it.

The main issue we had is that there’s no noise insulation, you can hear everything that is happening in the pool area, and there’re almost always some guests late at night and early in the morning. So, not a great place for a light sleeper. I guess adding some rubber strips to entrance door would resolve the issue. Practically all of bedsheets have stains on them. They must be either bleached or renewed. There’re lots of mosquitoes, so get a repellent. Location isn’t great, but can’t complain as you get what you choose.
