Excellent location with the car when you are visiting the nearby towns (Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravelllo, Positano). Amazing view to Vesuvius.
Loved the mornings with sound of birds and rooster.

It is a perfect place to rest and get to know the area. It is necessary to use a bus or car to get to the house, but Alex is super friendly and is attentive to the guests. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay! Maria, from Argentina.

The host, Alex, was very attentive and helpful. He gave us tips for travelling around and sightseeing.
Breakfast was plentiful and wide variety.
Very clean accommodation.
As we didn't have a vehicle we caught the local bus, which was a good service. Apparently there is a free shuttle, we didn't see or use.
It was a steep driveway to walk up.

The owner was very helpful and gave us valuable tips on restaurants and also on how to reach the Amalfi Coast and Naples.
Location of the villa is very quite however, you need to rent a car in order to be able to reach the centre of Sorrento. In the morning we walked through pathway where we arrived in Sant Agata. We had a coffee there before traveling to Capri.

Amazing view from the terrace. Lovely staff. Good breakfast.
Located up the hill from the coast; there are buses that go up and down to Sorrento however it is incredibly hard to find timetables and even then they often do not run on schedule. The village is close by though.

Alex, our host was a breath of fresh air, a very nice person ready to help with our needs. We loved the location with it being on top of the hill before St. Agata, quiet and calm, wonderful with trees and a big sky overhead. We slept really well in the beds for our two nights, better than we've done since we got to Italy a week ago. Overall, genuinely loved it.
A bit dirty in the bathroom and pretty moist overall with a loud toilet that made you scared to wake the house up. No coffee at the breakfast, the only thing we missed really.

Alex was a very kind host! The villa is beautiful. Our room had a private porch that was very nice to sit on and enjoy the view. The breakfast spread Alex prepares every morning was great as well.
The only downside is it is not as close to Sorrento center as I thought. This was my fault when researching the location. We didn't have our own mode of transportation with us, so this made it a little difficult to get to the center of Sorrento.

The villa was pretty and comfortable. It was a little further away from Sorrento City but we got used to it and knew where to walk to get food, etc.
We would have liked to have been closer to Sorrento City.

Great rooms, fantastic bathroom and a friendly host. Authentic delicious italian breakfast!
Location of the property was a little too far from city centre, but there was a bus every hour or so. Wouldn’t recommend taking a taxi. If you have a scooter or car then its a great location with breathtaking views!

Great View from upper rooms. Breakfast was good and buffet style. Alex is very friendly and gives good advices. Recommended when you have a car (parking space at the house), not recommended without car.
Check-In is very unflexible. Owner insists on 13.00-17.00 (as stated on booking.com). Also as we had problems with our transport, he insisted on these time "later check-in is not possible" and did not reply to our calls. So it is "bad luck" if you cannot make it till this time. The highly advertised Jaccuzi is not included (20€ extra, order 1.5h in advance).

Great location if you have a car with free parking. Alex the host was very nice with lots of recommendations and suggestions of things to do during your stay. The rooms were a little small, but ideal for a young couple with little baggage. The breakfast was adequate, however, there wasn't a very wide selection of things to eat.
Considering the description shows a bunch of photos of the hot tub on the terrace, it was disappointing to find out that it was only available if you paid an additional €15 to use it for an hour. I feel like this should definitely have been mentioned somewhere, as this was one of the key things that sold us on the place.

Alex the owner was very friendly and offered great advice that elevated our experience during the entire trip from hiking suggestions to food and restaurants recommendations in Sorrento and Naples. The room was really comfortable and he was very flexible with our late arrival during the night. Overall great hospitality!
The place is about 45 minutes of downhill hike through the village which was a perfect start for our days with amazing views you otherwise won't see. Otherwise there's a direct bus to Sorrento and to the Amalfi coast.

The house is a cozy Italian house high up in a hill. You get up there easilly by bus from the city. Walking down is an option but getting back up requires a wehicle. The host is nice and the dog such a cutie.
